Jeremy was very nice! He went out of his way to complete the job correctly. Showed up the day I called. Very reasonable price. We will call him again if the naughty bunnies get hungry again. Giggles! :)
This company is amazing. We have their furnace and plumbing protection plan and it is worth it! We've had several service calls and their employees are ALWAYS excellent. Really friendly and they do a great job. I've dealt with a lot of contractors in my work and life and plenty of them drag their feet and don't want to do the work. Jer's has found the good workers who are eager to help and do a great job.I will always recommend them.

I love the Jer's repair service for their reasonable pricing and friendly attitude toward their clients. Service will recommend to you what type of technology you need. And will explain to you everything, as for small kids. As for me, I experienced air conditioner fixing, and I was delighted with all the work done.

He came on time and was pleasant to talk to, explained everything and gave us approximate process length. Air smells fresh and our dryer works so much better, takes less time to dry. Will use again.
Excellent company. They were quite friendly and knowledgable. They cleaned my ducts and worked on my dryer vent properly. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience or outcome, and I would definitely recommend every one of my friends and family.

Excellent service!!They used a brush that cleans the inside of the ducts including the main line. They have a large vacuum that has the power to clean the ducts well after the brush is used. All supply vents, return vents. and return mains were cleaned. Best service ever!!
Air Conditioning Repair Service were absolutely fantastic! We booked at probably the busiest time of year and we had whole new unit installed within a couple of weeks. These guys have a 5 star rating for a reason!
I love this business. I didn't know what AC maintenance was, but they came over to my house and explained everything. They were super helpful and very knowledgeable about the systems in my house. I would use them any time I need more work done on my AC!

Jers is absolutely fantastic! After my experiences, this is the first and only place, I will ever call for HVAC, appliance, or plumbing work. I wish there were more stars I could give. He is very responsive, responsible, reliable, honest, straight forward, and does superb quality work. In the beginning of winter in Canton, SD, he was the ONLY person/ business who showed any concern that my daughter's family didn't have any heat. I called Jer's for help with a boiler. He got heat for my family , and saved me from shelling out an emergency $10,000. (A previous company had come out, said the boiler needed to be replaced, and then left-- this was in winter in South Dakota where it gets down to negative 30 degrees.) I called several other companies to see if boiler really needed to be replaced and if so, give me an estimate to replace it. Either they were too busy to even respond, or they made an appointment and never showed up. Kind of silly response as I was prepared to shell out for a new boiler, as this was critical) I explained the issue to Jer, who was very busy, as it was winter time. Jeremy expressed concern, said he he would come out in a couple of days (he actually came out first thing the next morning) and see if he could safely get us heat, and then worry about boiler replacement. He was the only one that said he wanted to address getting heat for my family. He came out the next day , with his focus on making the equipment safe and getting my family heat. He spent time trouble shooting the issue, found the problem AND fixed it that day. He said it was a dirty job with difficult access. My family has heat (critical at this time of year) again, and boiler runs better than it has in years. He left the work area immaculate. Jer was very "down to earth", explained clearly in layman terms what the issue was and what he was doing to repair it -- extremely honest, straight forward. I was actually ready for and expecting to have to purchase
