I called HOWE and told them our issue we were having with our AC unit. They were able to send someone out within a few hours and their tech Harrison was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was able to find and fix the problem very quickly. We will definitely be calling HOWE again for any AC or furnace issues in the future.
Made a call to Howes on Wednesday afternoon to have a service performed on our A/C and furnace. They set us up with an appointment first thing Thursday morning. Harrison, the tech that came out checked over the entire system and did an excellent job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. During the inspection and service he explained everything that he was checking and also explained all of the work that he performed. I was very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely recommended Howes to anyone that needs A/C or heating work done. I will definitely use Howes again for future needs also. Thank you all for such a great experience being a first time customer of Howes.
The people were fantastic and very helpful. They got me set up with a service date the next morning, and were very professional and really wonderful. I will absolutely be using Howe plumbing and heating going forward!

The technician was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, careful about surrounding area, stayed on task from start to finish, solved the problem and double checked to make sure all was operational; he was very professional. Highly recommend him. We have used Howe’s services for multiple repairs and have always been pleased with their service and prompt attention to our needs.

I'll start with, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We called a competitor who was listed as the initial installer of the old water heater, they quoted us 48 to come out and replace the old water heater. This same competitor was more expensive and told me I could call around, but everyone would be out 2 days. I called Howe based on Google reviews, not only was Howe able to make it sooner, the quoted the same day. They quoted in 4 hours. Oh, they were also cheaper. Howe continued to surprise more. They arrived 2 hours ahead of schedule. Howe had the entire job done before the initial quoted arrival time. The staff was amazing, easy to work with, great service, quiet, clean, and everything a customer could ask for.

Harrison was the AC technician that helped us out this morning. He was very kind and detailed with what he was going to be doing. Broke things down for a guy who doesn’t know the first thing about central air. They even had a cancellation in the morning and called to see if I was open to moving from afternoon to morning.
