Lost heating when it was extremely cold and they arrived quickly. Technician was very polite and diagnosed/ fixed the issue quickly.
Quick service and professional.
Our furnace blower went out overnight, so I called them the next morning. Tech was there within couple hours. He found a blower, assembled it and returned shortly after to install it. Very friendly people as well. Thank you!!!! We haven't received a bill yet, but I don't even care how much it costs. It will be well worth the rapid response time they provided. ...Following up, received the bill today and very pleased! Thank you again!!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Haugan Heating and Air Conditioning, and here is why... My son called me with problems with his furnace. I went over and to see what was going on... And not being a furnace guy, I decided to give Matt a call at Haugan Heating. I described what was going on, and Matt said he would have a Technician take a look at it. Matt made arrangements with my son and the next morning, on time, the technician was on site. The Technician immediately found a critical failure in my son's furnace that could cause life threatening consequences. They brought this to my son's and my attention that the furnace was not safe and needed to be replaced. The Haugan Team jumped into gear and removed and replaced my son's furnace that day, and avoided serious health issues that could have eventually been deadly if not addressed. THEY ARE AWESOME!!! They didn’t know how to hook up a thermostat and charged me an arm and a leg. I called Beate Forseth in town and they came and were able to set it up right away. The owner is the one I dealt with and he was very rude. Not a good company and I would’ve given 0 stars if I could.
Everyone was very nice and the tech was very knowledgeable and got us running in no time .
This company does great work. They installed a new HVAC system in my business in Fall of 2017. It involved moving the whole system to two different ares of the building and relocating all the duct work. Works great very few minor issues and they were addressed very quickly. Haugan also installed a new system in my home last summer and I love that new Colman unit. Does an incredible job in my home - very comfortable. Highly recommend Mike Haugan and his crew - Top notch!
Avoid this business at all costs. The women who answers the phone and "manages" customers is one of the rudest people I've ever had to converse with. They sold us a defective air conditioning unit and failed to stand behind anything they've done, essentially ensuring that it will break repeatedly so they can charge service fees over and over again. They will not go to bat for you with the manufacturer and are generally incompetent.
