My wife and I purchased a home in South Chandler that needed some AC work. We contacted Foley’s and had them give us a quote for the work we needed done. While we had in our minds that the unit needed to be replaced they gave us several options including making repairs to our existing unit. I really appreciated that approach even after knowing that our intent was to probably go ahead and completely replace. We ended up hiring Foley’s to replace the unit. The quote we received was fair. The work was done on time and all of the employees we encountered were cordial and professional. In an industry that has a bad rap for unethical practices thank you Leo and your team for how you treated us and for the great job your team did!

I spent a year researching the cost of installing AC into my house, a renovated home from the early 1900s. I kept returning to Foley's Heating & AC Inc. because of the competitive price and honesty in their assessment of what I would need for my house. Travis and Willie were very professional and timely in communications and walked me through what needed to be done to make air circulation and cooling most effective. I am glad I choose them for my AC install! In the summer of 2022, they installed air-conditioning in my home. I had a very positive experience in the process. Not only did they install my AC, but Foley's also fixed some previous HIVAC issues/mistakes that impacted airflow and circulation in the home, which will help keep my heating and cooling more efficient and the energy bill a bit lower. And, of course, they consulted me when these issues surfaced before making any changes. Travis and Willie are incredibly knowledgeable and care about the craftsmanship of their work; this was evident throughout the installation. My air-conditioning is running smoothly, and the house has been kept cool during summer; I have no complaints. I am thankful to Foley's Heating & AC Inc. and look forward to having them do all my HIVAC and AC maintenance in the future!

I chose to use Foley's for a custom install in my garage. They came and measured my space, figured the correct requirements for what I wanted to do and how I described my intended usage of the space and heater. Their estimate was reasonable and competitive, time line was realistic and disclosed upfront. They showed up on time and fully prepared. They did not require my help or tools. When the job was finished it was as tidy as it was when they started. Employees are kind and respectful. They knew their job and all the requirements and tools needed to complete it in the promised length of time and best of all they did it for what they had estimated. Thanks Foley's!

I will always use Foley's for my heating and A/C needs. Five years ago, I emergently called one of the national "van-type" of companies in January to look at my 30 year old furnace that quit working. Luckily (I thought) they were able to replace my furnace within 24 hours, but I had to call them back a couple of times with issues and each time it was something, and someone, different. Last fall, I froze the coils on my 34 year old AC unit and I again called another national "van-type" of company who told me it would be over $1200 to fix, and they couldn't guarantee it would work after that, and it needed replacing and it would be around 3 - 4 weeks before they could get to it, which would have been winter... I eventually got another company to come over and recharge the unit to get it working for the last few weeks of fall, but I knew it had to be replaced this year. I knew of two national companies that I WASN'T going to use to replace the A/C, and I always try to use local business if possible. I checked a few places and decided on Foley's because of the positive reviews. Travis got right back to me and we set up a time to meet and then go over options. Travis gave me several different SEER options, as well as some indoor air quality options all with up-front pricing information. There was absolutely no pressure to get any of these products. I opted for the 16 SEER (bracket mounted to the foundation to avoid any ground settling issues) with a couple of IAQ options and when Willie and Travis came to install the unit, they found a few issues with the furnace installation and some of the ducting as well. They fixed all of these issues and had the unit installed in just over a day. They were both great to work with and answered a lot of my questions about HVAC systems and installation while they were there. If you are wanting a heater for your garage I highly recommend Foley’s. Travis responded to my inquiry quickly and was at my home right away to take measurements and give me a bid. These guys are Fantabulous!! 1st call-they recharged the A/C. (Went well for a week or so). Then it was over...our 25 year old system gave up. They were diligent, informative with options and well worth the wait. Due to the high volume of calls for replacements of units that happened at the same time we needed ours done, we had to wait for 7 to 8 weeks to get it replaced. They gave us a portable AC unit to use while we waited. They stayed in contact and were true to their time line within a couple of days. We love our new system and really appreciate them.

This review is for the installation of a new heating and ac unit in our house. Our previous ac/furnace system was installed by a different company and we had several issues over the years with the system. First issue, they actually forgot to hook up the outside unit! Next issue, that other company could not solve why the AC was icing up at critical times (after two service calls and bills), I checked with someone who works in the industry. They recommended Foley's. First call, they immediately identified/fixed the issue (cold air return volume based on needs of the system). Fast forward 15 years, when it was finally time to replace the ac/heat system we choose Foley's. They did tremendous work and checked in over the next couple days to ensure everything was running correctly and I was trained on the new thermostat. The install was during a heat spell and they were there early and kept working until 8 pm to get us up and running as soon as possible. They are a two person shop, so they put in a lot of hours attempting to keep up during peak seasons. But, after what I dealt with using one of the mega HVAC companies on my first ac/furnace system, I choose to go with Foley's and am glad I did. Installing an ac and furnace is similar to selecting a contractor for a renovation project, get someone really good and get on their schedule. Three weeks after our install, absolutely no issues.

Travis showed up at our house tonight to fix our AC issues at 800 pm——fixed it quickly, and willingly communicated the issues and ran through the fix so I could understand it! If you want great service, call Foley’s, you won’t regret it.

They were decent for our first interaction interaction, so I called to have them give an estimate on a new installation when I needed one. They came out and took measurements, and I waited 2 weeks to year back. Finally I called them again and the guy was very rude and short with me. And said it would be another 2-3 weeks before he had an estimate for me. Very very poor customer service!

My wife and I have used Foley's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc for at least 3 years. They worked on our AC unit and our furnace. We were referring people to them as they were helpful, prompt, and courteous. Well, as of this week in May, things have changed. We will no longer be referring people to them and we want others to know what happened. I called for them to come look at our AC unit last week. Willie said he was busy the next week, but would come by and take a look at it. Our AC usually needs Freon (we have an older unit) added and Willie said his partner was wanting to do away with filling those, but he would still come by. By Wednesday of the week he said he would be here, I called him and text him, but no response (and as of the next day I still haven't heard from him). So, clearly Willie has avoidance issues, rather than just owning up and saying we don't want to come by or whatever the case may be. I then proceed to call his partner, Travis, who was very rude and told me that they couldn't fill them anymore because of government regulations. Well come to find out by the company who was so kind to get us in the next day, that is not true. They told us that those regulations are not going into effect until 2020 and that the industry is working on replacement Freon for older units. So, we just want everyone to know who is thinking about using this company to think twice as they may try to push you to buy a new AC unit when you may not need to, especially since this year our AC unit didn't need Freon, just a new fan motor. I would suggest, before taking their word it, get a second opinion. We do not take being lied to kindly and being pushed into needing something we do not need quite yet.
