I recently had the pleasure of working with Aire Serve Heating & Air Conditioning, and I must say that the service provided was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I discovered that our AC was not working, their team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. After reaching out to Aire Serve, they promptly sent out a technician named Kyle Neuschwanger the very next day. I was impressed by Kyle's professionalism and extensive knowledge. He patiently explained the issues with our AC in a way that was easy for me to understand, which helped put my mind at ease. Upon inspection, it was determined that both our AC and furnace were at the end of their life and failing. Aire Serve quickly scheduled a meeting with Ian Strum, who was able to accommodate my availability and meet with me the following day. Ian was incredibly professional and approachable, making the process of updating our AC and furnace much less daunting. He walked me through all the necessary steps and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The very next day, Aire Serve sent out a team consisting of Aaron Conners, Jeff Kitchen, and Tyler Ackerman to install our new AC and furnace. I was thoroughly impressed by their workmanship and attention to detail. They completed the installation efficiently and left no mess behind. Their commitment to quality and professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. Overall, what could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience was made easy and seamless by the kind folks at Aire Serve Heating & Air Conditioning. The exceptional service provided by Kyle, Ian, Aaron, Jeff, and Tyler truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Aire Serve to anyone in need of heating and air conditioning services. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable, and I will certainly be turning to them for any future HVAC needs.
I got home from work at 2:30pm on July 3rd to a very hot house. The woman who took my call was just wonderful and got us on the list for the same afternoon. Cole, the technician, arrived in under two hours and had the AC up and going within 20 minutes! He was very professional, quick to get us up and running, and upfront about the cost of the service and part. I was not expecting to have AC until much later in the day. Thank you so very much!
Had my ac unit go out on a Sunday night. Repair tech was out 8am the next day, estimated the repair. The next day they also did an eval for full system replacement. Both the tech and the evaluator were professional and helpful. Answered all my questions and were incredibly thorough. Highly recommend them
Called in the morning and was lucky enough to get an appointment yet that day and then he ended up even able to come earlier than was set up for. The tech was very good at explaining everything that needed to be done and signing me up for the maintenance plan. He was very evident at his job.

94 outside and the central air goes out! AireServ answered the call in every way! They sent Cole out right away, with little wait. Cole explained every option for me. From repair and replacement options, and even finance options. Fast friendly and straightforward. Perfect!
Cole came out and fixed my AC unit after a competitor of air serve failed to properly diagnose the issue + made it worse. Thanks Cole for helping me out!

2022: Good quality service and they made it out the day I called just an hour later and diagnosed/repaired my AC unit. It was a thermostat issues and they replaced it immediately. While he was out here I also had him service the AC and added refrigerant/coolant. Loved service enough to subscribe to their program. Have to say it was good quality service I will use them for heating/cooling/ and plumbing now(they partner with other companies in town for plumbing) recommend and the tech was friendly felt comfortable having him in the house. June 16 2023: i had Jeff come and do a check on my AC/Furnace found some issues that the people I'd previously hired had done incorrectly. He was honest about things that I'd need to do eventually to get my house to how it should be i appreciate that. Though I'm upset because I'd paid to have those things done already and the previous people I'd hired simply didn't do them, nor do they guarantee their work. Airserv does however! It was good and disappointing knowledge to have because i didn't even know to look for things not done correctly in the first place. I'll hire these guys again for honesty and diligence he could have easily walked out said everything was good and i wouldn't have known any better, now i can prepare for the cost and issues to watch for.
Our AC went out at a terrible time. Two previous companies we spoke to told us it was going to be 3+ weeks before we would be back up and running. Airserv was able to provide us a quote within 24 hours and had us scheduled within the week. The installation guys (Jay and Jeff) were very friendly, timely, and did a phenomenal job. We will most certainly be using Airserv again in the future.
What a great experience! No one likes when the A/C goes down, but Ian was able to come out and give us a quote the next day and get it installed within a week. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything! Then the installation process went so smooth and stress free. Jay and Jeff were the best installers I think I've ever had! They made us felt at ease and got it done efficiently and effectively. Thanks to all three!

Thank you to the Aireserv team (Brad, Jeff, Jay and Kory)! Brad explained everything we needed for the most efficient way to heat and cool our house, didnt oversell and was honest. The installation team of Jeff, Jay, and Kory were very respectful to property and very pleasant. I was EXTREMELY impressed with how fast the installment went. They said it could take a day and a half but they were actually done in about 6 hours. It's never fun to spend that amount of money BUT I trust the team and company with ou product and their installment. I would recommend Airserv to anyone. We are completely satisfied and happy with our new system.
They came on a Saturday and saved my wife from killing me because of a hit house! Jeff was awesome! Glad to have paid for the advantage plan!
Bring lots of cash The tech was a nice guy but their pricing is gouging. $430 for one $20 capacitor $250 for another. Over $900 to clean the blower & core. Over $2700 to get it going.
Jeff was the tech that came out. He was very knowledgeable and got our house cooled down in no time. Very pleased with the entire service. After called 5 other companies they were the only ones who came through! Thanks Jeff and his team!
