Absolutely love Casey, Kelly, Jamie, Chris and Chad fantastic service and very nice called them last week and they got here as fast as possible to install a whole new central air.

40 below and we called and no one answered.. called us around 7:30 in the morning asking if it was fixed yet then used a generic part to fix it and had to come back 2 more times
The installation guy(s) came about a week after I accepted their quote. They seemed professional and courteous. When they left, they were missing a piece so they said they'd come back and install it the next day. They didn't come back the next day. Over the weekend it got hot and my AC barely kept up because of the missing piece. The missing piece caused a lot of air to escape right in the utility room. So that was expected. I emailed them and then the next day they returned and fixed up the missing piece and did the pipe-work for exhaust. The inspector came a few days later and it failed inspection. The company came back the next day and fixed the inspection issue. The next time it rained just a few days later, there was water in my utility room. It had to be coming in from either the exhaust pipe facing straight out of the house with no cover on the end, or the space between the wall and pipe that was left open where the exhaust pipes came out. I emailed them again, they came back the next day and fixed those issues. Everything is finally installed and appears to be functioning as it should now, however, the AC can't keep up with the heat. These past few days, I've had my AC set to 71, and between about 3pm to 8:00pm, my house temp gets up to about 75. I got a quote from another company and One Hour heating and air told me the other quote was overkill for what I needed. I guess it wasn't. Very disappointed in that. I'm sure the furnace and AC I received are of fine quality, just not the right unit for my house I guess. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unfortunately.
Been using them for years for maintenance with zero complaints, but they really came to our rescue when our AC finally went out during a heat advisory! Replaced our unit super fast for reasonable expense and answered every single question we had along the way. Definitely recommend!

I use this service every year and they do a great job! I never feel that they overcharge; I wouldn’t go to anyone else. The gentleman that did the service call today was professional and polite. I couldn’t be happier!
I left a message at almost 9pm last night after our AC went out. At 7:15am I got a call saying I was the fourth person for the days calls. By 9:20am the capacitor was replaced and my AC was up and running. I appreciate the fast and friendly service along with not being pressured to replace our 28year old system when a simple fix was able to get it running.
Other companies that I called said a week wait for them to come out. I called One Hour, said they would be here after 1pm, they were here before noon! Very fast and reasonable priced. Will definitely use again!

Professional and knowledgeable! One time they did service and was friendly with my kids in the house. They cleaned ducts and vents did so well! When heat or cooling goes out Kacie is willing to walk through a trouble shoot before she sends out her crew at no extra charge! I’d recommend!!! Trust worthy company!
The owner who called me and the techs that are on site are great they are getting everything done so nice and clean. could not be happier and will for sure use again.
I was selling my house and upon an inspection my furnace and A/C unit were needing to be replaced ASAP. I had called a couple different outfits and they were quoting me $10,000+. This was quite the sticker shock. Then I reached out to some good people for recommendations and that steered in the direction of One Hour Heating and A/C. I'm so very glad that I reached out. KC and the guys made the entire process easier on me! Not only were they friendly and honest but they saved me quite a bit of money too! On top of that they had everything installed and working before my closing date. I will forever recommend them to everyone for their heating and cooling need! You are amazing, keep up the great work!
We found our go to HVAC Company here in Sioux Falls! Our AC stopped running and I called Friday night to have someone come out on the weekend to check it out. Response time was phenomenal, they were able to look at and fix our AC the next day Saturday around 9 A.M. The guy that fixed our AC was very professional, knowledgeable, and educated us on what was wrong with the unit and provided tips. We couldn't be any happier!! Would recommend them to anyone! They are very honest and have fair pricing! We will be customers for our entire stay here in Sioux Falls.

Guy was real helpful after-hours when others weren't available. Got me directed to the right place to get the parts I needed for my hood system. Highly recommend
