Incredibly expensive. Had 2 different technicians arrive for separate issues. The first arrived without introducing himself and seemed annoyed because I started to explain the problem he wasn't certified to repair. Will NEVER consult in them again

James has fixed my AC twice now, not because he didn't do it right but because one part failing leads to more. Both times he has been forthright about what was going on, and fixed it same day. Extremely pleasant and professional, will call for this and most other needs.

I never gave the five star.... seems like they are forcing clients to post 5 star reviews, honestly the didn’t fix the problem had to come back out and it’s not fixed now I’ve never had to call another company out for this problem, money wasted cause the water won’t drain after 10 years in my home first time I’ve had a problem that couldn’t be fixed not only the first time but the second time either..... beware
If there was a possibility for negitive stars it would apply here. While Alan seems to be a friendly person be warned. Not only did he disrespect my home by tracking waste water through out my home, he quoted me over $3,000 for work that i do not need. I called for a service call to have my main line snaked out. He never snaked my drain and instead spent 20 minutes pressuring me to apply on their website for financing and when that didn't work he told me to aplly for a loan from my bank. I have since called another service and not only did they clear the clog they repaired the small crack that was in one of the pipes. The total was less than $300. I called the office and they stand by their man. Look elsewhere these people are charlatans.
