Excellent professional friendly business. Very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions I had and explained their work as they did it. I actually learned a lot. AC was back to blasting cool air in no time. I appreciate their time and expertise.
Called and left a message as my ac suddenly went out. Tyler got bact to me fast!!! He actually helped me troubleshoot and fix it on my own. WOW... fantastic response and helped me immediately without a charge for a simple fix. I am saving them for all my HVAC needs . They are my first and only call in the future. Thanks Tyler

These guys at Greene HVAC Services are TOP NOTCH! We called them out to just look at our AC unit. We thought it was making a loud noise.. Well it was. Good thing is TJ and Tyler educated my wife and I on why it was making that noise. Something called defrost cycle when it gets cold outside. They also said over time, some compressors do get a little louder.. Just like a car engine with 299K miles on it. They did say there was some additive we could add. That in the past, has quieted older-louder systems down they have added it in. Also supposed to make it run a little more efficient. My wife and I felt it was a more than fair price to pay for their service call out, education they provide us and YES the additive quieted the compressor down. Which in turn should allow it to work less, making it more efficient. WITHOUT buying a whole new system at this time. They also provide my wife and I 4 different quote options. This way we knew what to prepare for. ALSO OFFERED REASONABLE financing options and a LEASE option!!!

I am visiting my sister, Nita Warren, this week. Green’s Heating and Air Out of Walterboro,, South Carolina was there and installed a new unit for her. The staff were the nicest and the most efficient people I have ever seen. In two and one half days, the old unit, the old ductwork was removed. and new, larger vents, new ductwork and new system was installed. I would highly recommend their services to anyone! My sister’s calls were always promptly returned. Green’s has serviced my sister for many years. To sum it up, Super Nice Company. Wish they were close to me in North Carolina!
