Had them come out and install new Heat/AC Units in two homes! They were very thorough and tidy with their work! Both units are working perfectly! Highly recommend this business!
From the time I first spoke to Megan to Ed Jr coming out and fixing our unit, the amount of professionalism and sincerity was outstanding! Megan called me first thing on Monday morning to see if it was an ok time for them to come out and look at the unit. I work, but my parents are here, so that worked out great! Ed Jr was here within 15 minutes! He kept in touch with me; updating as he worked on the unit and getting parts for it. He relayed the same information to my parents, but wanted to also keep me in the loop. That type of communication is hard to find these days! Not only did the air conditioner get fixed, but Ed Jr took the time to weed eat around the unit, and cut down a sneaky mimosa tree that had grown up. My parents as well as myself were impressed with everything from beginning to end. If you need air work done, these are the guys to go to!!! Thanks Ed Jr for all your hard work and time!
This team is top notch. I initially had a unit installed by them in 2019 with excellent service, no issues whatsoever until today. The AC had been working only intermittently for the past several weeks. Due to some other home repairs being prioritized, I kept kicking the can down the road. Once I finally notified them of the problem, they came out quickly to assess the problem and get it taken care of. I had been slipping on routine maintenance checks and it almost cost me big. However, Ed Jr came out, cleaned my drain lines and cleaned the condenser coils (which were record-level gross thanks to my negligence), and gave me some tips and tricks to keep everything working properly over the summer. I will not be skipping a bi-annual maintenance check ever again. It is a super affordable investment for one of the most important (if not the most important) appliances in our homes here in SC. Thank you guys so much! Out here doing Gods work!

Ed Jr is my new HERO. Our unit quit working and within 3mins told me what was wrong. 3 yr old unit that was installed by another co. Parts that were needed were discontinued, but he kept searching. He found a brand new part that was covered under Carriers warranty, serviced unit and even rewired thermostat correctly We will definitely continue to get our hvac servicing done by ED'S 👍
Handled our home inspection prior to purchasing with expertise. Every seasonal visit is very professional. Ed Jr sets the bar high for other HVAC companies to compete.
Called in for a repair at 8am. Showed up and completed the job by 12:30 pm the same day!!! Very dependable and honest. The only Heating and cooling company I will use. Much appreciated and thankful for your honest and professional work.
Megan the receptionist was hands down the most polite person and truly helped me get through a nightmare. I called and within 2 hours she had the tech on the way to me, on a Monday to say the least.

Excellent TRUSTWORTHY service. Had another company come out and got the typical blow off answer of 'you need a replacement unit'. Called Ed's late Thursday and got service the next day. Diagnosed to a faulty breaker. Will definitely use Ed's for any issues going forward!
These people are the best! Waking up on a 40 degree morning with no heat is pretty bad, but even worse is the dreaded wait and search for someone to fix it. However, "Little Ed" was here within an hour and had us back in a heated house soon. Young Ed explained the problem, the solution, and exactly what it would cost. We've used other HVAC contractors in the past with varying degrees of honesty and compassion, but Ed Scott, Jr. was a refreshing difference. We will definitely use them when we update our system!
