Very knowledgeable tech. Gave us info on our system & tips to save money on heating/cooling bill that no tech or repair person ever did before. We have been in our house since 1982 so we have seen several repair techs over the years. Very impressed! JT was a friendly & knowledgeable person. Would highly recommend this company. You will be a very satisfied customer if you get JT Wyatt to answer the appointment!! Nothing but professional service!!
I have used Preferred Home Services twice now and both times they have been fantastic. Last night we had a sewer back up into our house. Not fun. Revlon from Preferred arrived first thing this morning and spent the whole day at our house diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgable. He explained everything for us and gave us an itemized bill. We will definitely keep using Preferred for all of our home needs.

Matt Sanders came to our home today and did an inspection and he did a phenomenal job. Matt was very thorough with what we needed to do and take care of before things was to get bad. He was very polite and very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. He definitely is number one in our books and I would highly recommend him and the Preferred group!!!
Travis was awesome, super friendly and efficient. He did an awesome job installing the tankless water heater and explained to me what was going to happen and how it worked before he left.
Their service is fast and professional. Mike is a good guy, he is professional, knowledgeable and gentle. If you have ac problem or need a new system, definitely check them out
*** Amending this review- I reached out and was able to speak to a customer service manager (Jamal) who provided insight as to their company standard as well as refunded the service charge. He listening to my concerns and was kind about it. I appreciate that they did take the time to listen and refunded the service charge. However, I do stand with the two star review at this time. I appreciate the customer service after the review. Had a preferred services technician come out to service our HVAC. Was told that they could not service it or add Freon. Was provided a thorough and lengthy list of repairs or option to replace. However, I called another reputable company for a second opinion. They came out were able to service it, add Freon and the HVAC is now working very well (even for an old unit). I feel mislead and do not understand how the findings could be so different between two company’s. One quoted several thousands of dollars and did not do anything to service the HVAC and the other was able to get it in working order for just a service charge.
Mr.Tony was extremely informative and professional. He did excellent work and explained everything in detail. I appreciate that very much as a customer. Ms. Lynn was also very friendly, informative, and professional on the line. The communication is a plus with this company. 5 stars indeed!!!!!
Preferred home services has been amazing . One of their amazing plumbers Revlon did an awesome job replacing my mom's toilet. He was thorough and very knowledgeable! Thank you Revlon!

My experience was great. The repairmen Chris and Ian did Ian did a great job. The were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I couldn’t have asked for a better team to assist with our duct work, AC, and plumbing. Everyone was professional, caring, and extremely knowledgeable/ hard working. They took time to help us understand the work that was done, and kindly provided solid advice for future home concerns. We highly recommend Preferred Home Services and look forward to working with them in the future!
JT did an amazing job diagnosing our units problem and he was able to get to our house within a couple of hours. It's never fun when the AC unit goes out on a 93 degree day, but Preferred Home Services was able to squeeze us into their schedule. A++ service from JT, highly recommend!!
Derek Lemon was my technician today. He was following up on a service we had a week ago and also did our yearly maintenance. He was the best technician that I have ever had. He was extremely polite and professional. I will also request him in the future. It was such a pleasure to conduct business with him. He is a great representation of the company

PREFERRED HOME SERVICES Professional and on time they conducted a service on my HVAC system. Zame’s the technician talked over everything with me as he preformed the service on my HVAC system. Zames’s the service technician did a excellent job and was very very courteous and polite, and very knowledgeable about my HVAC system and what was required. I would definitely recommend Zame’s and preferred home services to everybody.
A bit of an emergency turned into a full on 911. The customer service representative found someone and immediately set up the dispatch. It much bigger job than anticipated and Travis came fully knowledgeable and totally prepared. We're all set with no worries, and their work is guaranteed.
