Lots of good tools and stock.
Showed up as a regular person (not a business), and they were friendly and courteous. The person immediately found the correct part for me, and it was cheaper than the ones I saw online at the big box hardware stores.

Absolutely THE BEST PEOPLE!!! If you need to trouble shoot your hvac as a DIY guy, these guys are the absolute most friendly, helpful people I have ever met in my life. They genuinely care about helping you to solve your problem (as much as they can without being at your house), and never once did I feel like I was being rushed, hushed, or sold something I didn’t need.
