Glow Dragon has used Swails Heating and Cooling since being established in 2021. The Swails team has always been responsive to calls for service and quick to respond in times of urgency. All our Company’s HVAC maintenance and service is provided by this wonderful organization and the team is always polite. Most importantly, repair parts have always been on hand and repaired same day.
Our air went out on June 12. I called after 4:30 PM, and they were still able to come by the next day. Our old system had gotten to the point that it would cost more to fix than it was worth. Swails Heating and Cooling was able to get a new system installed by lunch time on June 14. It’s nice to have a company that is so quick to respond, and that are good and honest people.
Mr. Swails was very responsive when I called about my 20-year old AC unit going out. He came out quickly, gave me an affordable quote for a new system and installed it the next day. Mr. Swails kept me updated throughout the entire process, arrived prior to the promised time and completed the installation in no time. With the heat of the summer coming, my family is very appreciative of Swails Heating and Cooling. We will definitely recommend them family and friends! Too bad Google doesn’t allow more than 5 stars because Mr. Swails and his crew deserve more.
When I got home from work today at 6:30 on a Friday. It was 86 degrees in my house. I called Mr. Swails he was at my house within 15 minutes. My house is cooling off. I highly recommend Swails heating and cooling. Thank you for helping

We have used Swails heating and cooling since the 90’s. Derreck is professional, honest, and I trust what he says needs to be done 100%. I trust him enough to give him access to my house even when we are not present. Everyone that I have referred to him have been very happy with his service also
I highly recommend Swails Heating and Cooling! We had a contract with another company for routine HVAC maintenance and on their last visit they suggested our HVAC unit was at a dangerous point, then tried to sell us a new system and new duct work. Not wanting to get taken advantage of, we decided to get a second opinion and our neighbor recommended Swails. From the start, Mr. Swails was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time, looked over everything and made recommendations. His cost for the fix was more in line with what we were looking to spend. He also advised us to look into getting a new unit within the next year or so but there was no pressure. We are so glad we chose Swails and we look forward to working with them for all of our future HVAC updates. I strongly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Such a great service! We were having heating issues in our home and within 3 mins Mr. Swails had the problem diagnosed and gave my wife and I the assurance that it can be fixed and heat will be restored to our home soon. Just got a brand new unit installed and wouldn’t trust anyone else to install it other then Swails Heating & Cooling.
