I can't recommend this business enough! They are truly fantastic. Our AC went out and Lauren was so kind and helpful on the phone and was able to get a technician in to help us same day. Sam was our technician and he was so super helpful and knew in just a few minutes what needed to be fixed and then he fixed it so fast. Very fairly priced. This company is great!
Fantastic company that is well priced and can address all of your HVAC needs. I met with several different companies before deciding to move forward with them and couldn’t be happier. James was extremely personable and honest. The team fully replaced our older non-working system and took great care with the installation. We are now enjoying our new HVAC system and couldn’t be happier on such a warm day. Definitely recommend!
I needed help with my unit right away. I spoke with the after hours operator and she put me in touch with Cole. He went out of his way to get to me within an hour! He didn’t complete the job until after 11 pm, he wasn’t giving up, and I was so grateful!! I wouldn’t use any company but this one, ever! They’re always exceptional in customer satisfaction and do the best job, at the best price! Thank you again Cole, you’re awesome!
Sam and James were great! Very happy with the installation of our new system. Sam always responded to us quickly and explained the whole process. We even had our whole ductwork replaced after they took the time to actually look inside the ducts and found mold growing. Daughter’s asthma has gotten so much better! Finally found a company that is honest and fair priced! Highly recommend Chosen.
Chosen is by far one of the best companies to have for all your hvac needs. They are top notch and very professional i would recommend them to anybody.

My furnace happened to quit heating on the coldest day of the year. I placed a call to Chosen Comfort and they quickly got me an appointment. The technician showed up on time and appeared very professional. He diagnosed my issue and solved the problem (and also saved me a lot money by using a part he already had on his truck). Very trustworthy and I’m going to use them going forward for all my HVAC needs.
After careful consideration of other HVAC companies and estimates, we contracted with Chosen Comfort to replace our entire heating and AC system in our home. Satisfied is an understatement. James Takes was extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented and explained the process thoroughly so I could understand specifically what was entailed in replacing the system. He exemplified the utmost honesty in the time line from start to finish. He left no detail unfinished. I have lived in Mooresville, NC 22 years and have contracted numerous HVAC companies over the years and not one impressed me or lived up to the standards Chosen Comfort has shown me. Without a doubt they are by far the best HVAC company in this area.
Chosen was recommended by a close friend and I’m was pleased with their professionalism, honesty, and quality of work. I shopped around to different chain HVAC companies but not one gave me the reassurance that Chosen gave me with making sure I was making the right decisions for my family. Most places seemed like I was dealing with a used car salesman, but not Chosen, they laid all my options out so I could make a financial decision best for my family!

Chosen Comfort did an unbelievable job completing the replacement and installation of my furnace and outdoor fan. I called James last Wednesday (1/13) around 6:30 PM asking if he'd be able to come take a look at my system and provide a quote. I had received a few other quotes that seemed VERY high and was not comfortable with what I was being told. James came out the next morning to take a look at the system and provide a quote. He explained everything to me - from model options, to necessity of the replacement and installation process. James provided the best price that I saw, with a ton of clarity, and set his own expectations for the project. Installation began the following day (1/15) and my heat was turned on by midday. I have 2 small children and James was able to work around our nap schedules, a level of customer service I greatly appreciated. He committed to a schedule and held true to it. There was some additional work to be done, so James gave me the option to return on Saturday, or Monday, whichever worked for my schedule. I asked for Monday, and he again arrived exactly on time to complete the work. I would recommend Chosen Comfort for your HVAC needs in any situation. Thanks James for everything. As my daughter said all day - you fixed our heat!
James is knowledgeable and honest. He diagnosed the issue when others could not (even though I still had to pay the fee). Went over all my options with me. I have ZERO issues with the unit since. Reliable HVAC company- will use again!
I reached out to James at Chosen Comfort after waking up to find our heat was out. I have known James for many years since we served together in the U.S. Army but had never used his company’s services as my heating system was always functioning. When it failed I knew I wanted to use him because I trust him completely and know first hand his dedication and work ethic are second to none. He is and has always has been a true professional that ensures all work is completed above standards. He came out quickly and diagnosed my system’s issues and had multiple courses of action for a complete repair. The part we needed was about a 30 minutes drive away and he left and returned as soon as possible to ensure the job was done the same day. I strongly encourage those reading this to use Chosen Comfort. You will be hiring a professional that treats his customers as he did his soldiers, with respect and integrity. I look forward to hiring him again in the future for all of my HVAC needs.
