Mr. Ted top of the line in the heating and air service! He will take his time and explain in detail what the problem may be or what his recommendation is. Very honest and knowledgeable. When you call Ted Cook heating service, you don't call a front desk but the owner direct! Will use their service and recommend to anyone around here!

Can’t say enough about Ted and his Tech Michael. The first time they came out it was to diagnose a broken upstairs booster fan. They spent over an hour trying to figure out what the issue was only to find out a previous provider cut the power to the unit for a different job and hid what they had done. Despite my insistence they refused to even let me pay them for the diagnostic fee. Fast forward a few months, on an unseasonably cold March day our HVAC system started making an awful vibrating noise shaking the whole house. I called them late in the afternoon, Michael came out a few hours later, removed the broken fan & motor, took it back to the office and fixed it, came back, and stayed until almost 9 at night doing the repair because he said they “knew it would be a cold night”. Never found a more honest/reliable team in my 15 years of homeownership than these guys. Will never call anyone else for HVAC work.

It was Christmas Eve and our heating system went out due to a power failure. Nobody else was answering or returning phone calls but Mr. Cook called me back shortly after missing my call. After listening to my problem he gave me a diagnosis. Want a company or person that treats you like family instead of a customer? Look no further, there is no question who will get my business from here on out.
Simply put, wish I had called Ted four years ago when I first had A/C issues in our house. First class service and expert knowledge. Two things candidly missing in the Greenville, SC area when it comes to a lot of home repair. Ted gives honest and straight to the point feedback on your situation and then advises you of all the options to fix it. Would recommend him to anyone for A/C repair or installation. Cares deeply about his customers and wants to earn your business.
Michael did an excellent job fixing our AC unit! He was so fast and did such a thorough job. I highly recommend this company and we plan to use them to purchase our new unit in the future.
My wife and I have called on the services of Ted Cook for 10 years and across two different houses. He always keeps his appointments, if not shows up earlier and is always willing to fully inform us of what he's doing, what it conveys to him and how he can resolve it. He's always been congenial and a pleasure to see.

Ted Cook and his subcontractors did an amazing job replacing my HVAC system. Ted himself answered my initial call at 9:30 at night and gave me a quote over the phone. The price was competitively fair and he did everything to put my mind at ease. Highly recommended!
Ted Cook is HONEST, very very knowledgeable and professional. The staff that installed our units… yes 2 units, were thorough, and went through all the information on these units. They were extremely polite, knowledgeable and mindful when they entered our home. It was a real pleasure to have them in our home.
Ted is a honest guy. He went out his way to fix our unit. We’ve been having trouble with it for awhile. We called several people to fix It , but he was the only one who could. His crew is very respectful and helpful as well. Taken their time and answering all our questions.

I called Ted on a Saturday expecting nothing more than to leave a message. He personally answered the phone, listened to what we needed at our home and provided a quote the same day. Within 2 days he was ready for the install of a gas pack/ AC combination. Service and customer care was second to none and he beat the prices of the commonly known larger companies. Going forward I have no need to ever call anyone else for all of my HVAC needs
