Mauricio and Jose were great. Very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the issue that I was having with my A\C and ways to prevent it going forward. They also went out of their way to flush my drain line after it was clogged. Top tier service

Right before the Christmas Holiday weekend my furnace would not turn on. Mauricio was the service person who responded to the call within hours. The condensation line was frozen and a safety feature in the unit would not allow furnace to work. Mauricio came up with a clever solution on where to re-route a new line. He worked efficiently and left a neat work area. Happy and thankful to have heat.

After reading all these great reviews for Soto and not having a relationship with any previous contractor, we went with Soto HVAC. Unfortunately we did not have the same experience as others here. The work was satisfactory but I feel like we were way overcharged for the work we had done, but we had no other options since we were down an AC in the summer heat. We were charged for an intial $90 service call that was not applied to any of the work they did for us, which is fine, and then we were charged for a labor service on that initial call (replace a warranty capacitor), that ended up not fixing the problem. That initial service call and replacement took less than 30min and we were charged approx $200 just for that 30min labor. Then we were again charged again for the repair of replacing the motor under warranty (Labor only), of $250. Who knows if the capacitor was really bad as that didn't solve the problem after it was replaced. Total labor for both replacements to fix our AC was approximately 2 1/2 hours and we paid approx $550 overall in labor since parts were covered under warranty. I understand that both parts needed to be replaced labor only, but we were charged as though each repair was a separate service, not charged based on hours of work, even though they were related issues.

Our service call was handled by Trey Tollison. Trey was professional, knowledgeable and very willing to educate me about my heating/cooing system. I will definitely call Trey if I have any issues in the future.
I really liked this company and it has great personal working for them. The only problem I did have was when they initially come over to my house to change some ducts, but my ac wasn't working. Trey Tollison quickly identified the problem and had it fixed for me in a timely manner as well. Trey Tollison did a great job explaining the problems to me and wasn't demeaning about it, like some people can be. It was apparent that he knew his stuff and he was overall, a nice and funny person. Thank you Trey and Soto HVAC.
We have a new build and Soto has come out to correct a couple of installation issues that were present. Trey Tollison was fantastic! Personable, helpful, and willing to explain what was corrected and why it may have happened to begin with. Would highly recommend Soto and especially Trey!
My parents had service performed by Soto HVAC with technician Trey Tollison and they were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge to assist with the central air issues. Trey was able to resolve the issue in a timely and affordable manner, it has been day three and we are staying cool in this summer heat. Thank you Trey!!!

Mauricio called ahead to let me know he was on the way. After doing some diagnostics, he was able to replace a part and everything was working. Very professional and explained everything. You could tell he is very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend SOTO and would use their service again.
The service was excellent. Mauricio, was very professional, and knowledgeable. We moved into a new home and the furnace was not working properly. Mauricio took delicate care in resolving the issue the first time. We inquired about replacing a thermostat, Mauricio, was very kind to offer an upgraded unit. He was very efficient, and professional. I must say that with the skills, and knowledge that Mauricio displayed in our home, I’m sure it’s representation of how he performs for other customers.
