Great experience with Palmetto Heating and Air. Our heat is out, and we got a diagnostic from another company. The part they said we needed wouldn't be in for a while, so we called around to see if anyone could help us get our heat on sooner. The woman who answered the phone at Palmetto was SO helpful and kind. David came out to look at our furnace the same day, and let us know our issue was something entirely different from what the first company said. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Will definitely call them again if we have further issues.
Palmetto Heat and Air came out within hours of us losing our air conditioning today. They diagnosed our issue, got the parts needed and had us running the same afternoon. We are so grateful for their fantastic, caring, prompt and professional service. They made a long term customer today. The technician David was friendly and willing to do what was needed with a pleasant demeanor. Highly recommend.

These people are amazing. They may be a small company but they do everything to make their customers happy. We tried to get a coil replaced on our AC under warranty with a bigger company and they told us it was not possible nor was it possible to bandage our system until the coil comes in. not only did Cameron tell us that he got it under warranty he also patched up our AC again and again when ever it broke down. They are extremely professional and try and save you money time and time again. Thank You Palmetto Heating and Air.
I will always choose Palmetto Heating & Air. Our unit went out on Monday afternoon so I called to set up an appointment Tuesday morning. Called first thing Monday morning and they were here within the hour. DJ did a great job finding the issue and restoring our heat. Will definitely call them again for any future issues.

Palmetto Heating & Air continues to provide outstanding service quickly and successfully every time we reach out. Tracie is always professional and courteous and immediately schedules a technician to address our concerns. David came to our home this week, discovered a leak and repaired it. We immediately felt our house cooling off in the high temps of a SC summer. We find ourselves trusting any recommendations the technicians make as their advice is always spot on.
This company is what all businesses should strive to be. David was awesome to work with and Tracie in the office helped with financing and making sure we got the best rebates available to us. The technicians who installed our equipment were awesome as well. I really can't say enough great things about this wonderful business. My old furnace failed the week before Christmas. The office contact, Tracie was awesome. The communication was great. She kept me informed. David was efficient and professional. They were able to replace my old unit in a couple of days. The installation team was professional and got me up and running in no time. I am very impressed! The entire experience was great. Great communication, amazing customer service and a good price!

We have used the services of Palmetto Heating & Air since we purchaced our home 5 years ago. We've always received outstanding service quickly as possible and at fair prices. Last Friday at 6:30 our AC system would not shut off and I called . David came out within an hour, figured out the problem and made temporary repairs as a part needed to be ordered. Temporary fix sis working fine, and once again the Company and David came through like champions when we needed them the most. I was in a customer service business for 30 years and I especially appreciate any company that gives good (or great in their case) customer service and they are great. My thanks again to Palmetto Heating & Air.

Cody (technician) arrived on time was very professional and new his craft well. Although we had only scheduled a service call for routine maintenance Cody diagnosed a potential issue with a part in our unit. He came inside and spoke with my husband and they agreed the part needed to be replaced. Cody did not have the part on his service truck and to left to get one. He returned to our home, installed the new part and left us with a great impression of not only himself but the company he works for. Thank you Palmetto Heating and Air! We will call you again for any air or heating needs we may need in the future!

Palmetto Heating and Air did an outstanding job with our duct work replacement. We originally had all of our duct work replaced by another company. That company performed such a hack job, that we had to have the entire job redone. We researched in depth this time and I can't be happier to have found Palmetto. Jerry did an amazing job at answering all of my questions during the initial estimate. He was very attentive to my concerns and was sure to include everything we talked about in his estimate. Their pricing was great and we are extremely satisfied with their work. After having crawled under there to inspect it myself, I couldn't find anything that I was unhappy about. They even went the extra length to correct some structural damage done by the previous company we hired. I would recommend this crew to anyone for any of their HVAC needs. No need to look elsewhere, this is who you want working for you. They're honest, reliable, and take pride in their work.
My heater went out Sunday evening. I called the 24-hour number and spoke with Tracy. I learned a technician could be here Monday around 9:00 - 9:15am. Cody arrived @ 9:00am and diagnosed problem in about 5 minutes. He had to go across town to get the motor required for my unit. By 11:00am he had returned, installed the motor, and I had heat coming through the vents. Totally satisfied with the performance of Tracy, Cody, and Palmetto Heating & Air and won't hesitate to call them again for my heating & a/c needs..
