They’re price for our filter quadrupled over the past couple of years. Last time we sent our teen son to pick up a filter and they were absolutely condescending. He’s still a customer and a human being who deserves respect. Going elsewhere from now on.

I purchased a fan motor for my HVAC unit per my technician’s instruction. I was told that I could not return it if the box was opened. As it turned out, the problem was not the fan motor. I tried to return the motor in the unopened box and was told by the manager that they would not refund my money. We did not need to keep a piece of equipment that we could not use and cost $167. The manager was extremely rude and said he’d give our refund if we never came back. I assured him that we would, for certain, never be back.
McCall's is probably one of my favorite HVAC supply shops in Greenville. I love working with Jesse, he is the bomb. Friendly and quick service, check em out!
There's nothing like great service when it comes to dealing with a business.you need to depend on. McCall's came through when we needed them most, and I mean quick! There were no excuses blaming Covid...we needed parts and we had them in two days! Awesome!!
Love the new location. The sales team was very professional and handled all my needs. The delivery guy was super nice and very knowledgeable about products delivered. These guys are at the top of my list for my heating and air conditioning needs. Thanks for the pleasant experience it's not often you find people willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're totally taken care of. Keep up the great job guys👍
I was in and out, the service over the phone was really good, and the gentlemen were very helpful. I haven't gone there much but it's still one of my favorites considering they probably don't remember me whenever I do come around.
