Victor Ramirez was very professional, informative and courteous. When he finished the job and left he cleaned up left as if he was never here. General Air did a great job on our installation of one unit of a detached building in 2021 and two units of our home in 2022. They were on time, great communication, quick and efficient! I highly recommend using them if you need to replace your AC. They were very good in explaining everything in detail. I have used General Air ever since. We use them for our preventative maintenance to keep our home systems running smoothly all year. I highly recommend their priority service club membership maintenance visits. This is a follow-up review after summer maintenance check of A/C. A week after our summer maintenance visit we started having issues with our upstairs A/C unit in the attic started to leak and caused an overflow of water from the drain pan. For three straight days water kept filling up the drain pad and shutting off the A/C after the overflow shut-off valve was installed by Ron Cefarelli on day one. On day two Aaron Loftin came out and did a very thorough diagnostic to try and find the root cause of what was causing the unit to keep leaking. He explained to me in detail what could be the problem and the solution to correct it and he made the adjustments. On day three when it happened again he immediately came back the next day with the determination of a bloodhound to fix the problem. It has now been three days with the A/C operating as normal. If I have any A/C concerns in the future I am calling General Air Conditioning and asking for Aaron Loftin.
Manny Lopez was the technician that came out to my house. He is a great guy, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend him
Others were days out or charge extra for expedited service but they had someone to the house and had the air working in two hours and repair was very reasonable. Tech was very friendly and provided.
I’ve had multiple companies look for an issue over a 3 year period and these guys found it during a scheduled service call.

Thank you so much. By the time Manny finished explaining the situation with my air conditioning and suggested an approach, I was feeling a weight lifted off my shoulders. And - my house is cool and comfortable this evening! I will be spreading the word that there is prompt and efficient HVAC service to be found in our area. Call General Air!

Our A/C went out in the middle of June - General Air made sure to have someone come out to take a look the same day. The tech texted and called before showing up then proceeded to check out my system and fix it within a few minutes. Best thing was he had the part on the truck and had me back in cold air very fast. Manny was very professional and was a pleasure to deal with.
Aaron and Evan were very knowledgeable and immediately recognized why my HVAC stopped working. I learned a lot about my system from them. I would definitely ask for them again in the future if needed.
