Of course on July 4th, my AC goes out. Newer unit (2019) and had a hunch it was the capacitor. Called Dipple, and to their credit they were there within 30 minutes. I knew ahead of time they charged an extra dispatch fee and agreed to that. That was not the reason for the 1 star. The technician was extremely knowledgably and friendly. He had the issue diagnosed within 5 minutes and my suspicion was confirmed. He waited until he removed the old capacitor (within 3 minutes) to tell me the new one is an additional $250. My jaw almost hit the floor. In this day and age of the information, I know the price of those which was $50 on the high side. Sure, double the price for a markup and I am good with that, you are doing a service. But, he knew I was trapped at that point. I already owed the service fee. Very unhappy at this and feel like it was unethical and was taken advantage of.

Vince, showed up on time on a Sunday, diagnose the problem and parts orders on Monday and by end of week when the parts showed up came to the house. It was raining outside. He continued to work through the rain fixing the problem and the air has never worked better. Highly recommend Dipple .

I tried to get a quote for some new HVAC equipment from Dipple. A technician came to my house and never sent me the quote. The next day, I called the office about the quote and they told me they would send it right away. The office never sent me the quote so I called them AGAIN 2 days later and they finally sent the quote. The communication is horrible. It was always ME reaching out to them. Just from what I experienced pertaining to the communication, I chose not to follow through with the company.
