We got home from vacation to find a 87° house with no AC. To make matters worse, it was a Friday evening. Vince from Dipple showed up and had us back up and running in no time.
Calum McKinney is the best hands down, he was very helpful and now I would like to keep dipple plumbing as my primary plumbing company because of calum..thanks guys and y’all continue to stay blessed and prosper in business
Informative, honest and showed what was wrong to begin with. Taught me how to adjust pressure and was upfront with what he was doing and what options I had.
Chad Martin great at what he do. He is courteous, polite and Knowledgeable. Did awesome job inspecting my air condition outside and the crawl space. Great job as always.

Of course on July 4th, my AC goes out. Newer unit (2019) and had a hunch it was the capacitor. Called Dipple, and to their credit they were there within 30 minutes. I knew ahead of time they charged an extra dispatch fee and agreed to that. That was not the reason for the 1 star. The technician was extremely knowledgably and friendly. He had the issue diagnosed within 5 minutes and my suspicion was confirmed. He waited until he removed the old capacitor (within 3 minutes) to tell me the new one is an additional $250. My jaw almost hit the floor. In this day and age of the information, I know the price of those which was $50 on the high side. Sure, double the price for a markup and I am good with that, you are doing a service. But, he knew I was trapped at that point. I already owed the service fee. Very unhappy at this and feel like it was unethical and was taken advantage of.

Cal was very knowledgeable and professional. He outlined the options available. Valve was replaced. He suggested I contact the manufacturer regarding reimbursement. He documented the cause of repair and recommended reimbursement. He offered to assist in any way possible and will follow up on progress. Very pleased with the service offered.
Eric was courteous and professional. Great communication. He called on his way and arrived when he said he would. He did an excellent job in a timely manner and fixed our problem.
Craig was terrific. In addition to the text, he called to let us know he was on his way. He was professional and knowledgeable about our system and made terrific recommendations to ensure our A/C worked well through the summer. Thank you, Craig and Dipple!

Vince, showed up on time on a Sunday, diagnose the problem and parts orders on Monday and by end of week when the parts showed up came to the house. It was raining outside. He continued to work through the rain fixing the problem and the air has never worked better. Highly recommend Dipple .

All of the above items are values that we really feel important when dealing with a company. Craig Bishop is a fine example of the good service that Dipple provides for us. Always a pleasure to work with Dipple an especially Craig. He comes twice a year for our service contract and always does a great job.
I tried to get a quote for some new HVAC equipment from Dipple. A technician came to my house and never sent me the quote. The next day, I called the office about the quote and they told me they would send it right away. The office never sent me the quote so I called them AGAIN 2 days later and they finally sent the quote. The communication is horrible. It was always ME reaching out to them. Just from what I experienced pertaining to the communication, I chose not to follow through with the company.
I was referred to Dipple by my tech person who handled TV mounting and electronics within the home. I needed outlets installed on areas considered as “outdoor brick walls” as well as drywall inside in order to hide TV cords. Dipple was fast to respond, professional and reliable. Chad was highly qualified and professional. He offered suggestions he noticed in other areas without pressure and was a delight to have working in my home. Thanks! ~ Michelle
