Shannon Denny was most courteous, helpful and knowledgeable in talking us through the steps in the process for the repair of our air-conditioning system. Shannon was extremely competent and thorough with the details involved. He is a real credit to Corley Plumbing Air Electric.
They were able to dispatch a technician in a timely manner and did a great job communicating from expected arrival, through identifying the problem, and providing the available options. Jheremy, the technician, was professional and explained everything thoroughly and with great patience. He took great care of entering my home with clean shoe covers every time. I feel comfortable working with Corley Plumbing Air Electric in the future.
We called them on Wednesday morning to fix our air conditioner. Friday afternoon it is still not fixed and they want to know if we would like to reschedule for Monday. If they actually show up to do the job, they do decent work. Today, sitting in my humid 90° house, I’d give them 0 stars if I could.
Everything about our experience today was excellent. The tech was great. The quality of his work was excellent. Would highly recommend
Corley was able to send someone out right away. Sage was our plumber and did a great job of explaining things, answering our questions and giving us options. He took the time to make sure we knew where our water cut off is, even though it wasn't directly related to our concern. We'd had another service out before Corley. Corley gave us options, where the other company didn't, gave us a much more fair price, and we're professional. We found ourselves a great plumbing service and highly recommend Corley.
Repaired old water lines and many other problems to make my house function. They did a great job! The AC guy did a great job as well!
Corley clearly understands customers service. When I told them my air was off they sent someone that day at 5PM. The salesman that came out was on time (huge plus). He wasn't just concerned with a sales he offered to bring me a temporary AC unit until work was completed. The next day it was here. The team that showed up was one of the most professional teams I have had the pleasure of working with. Salesman came by every day to ensure the job was going as he promised. The office communication was superb. I was called and texted with advance notice of team arrival along with the names of teams that would be arriving. Lastly, I just want to say a special thanks to the guys who installed my the unit in the super hot attic, Brandon Tomas and Anthony. You guys are what makes Corley a cut above the rest. Thank you for a job well done.
Received estimate for replacing a blower motor on our heat pump... Pre-paid for the service. Our in-laws were present during the service as we were out of town. Shannon Denny told them that in the end it wasn't the blower motor. Said he replaced a board and did not replace the blower. We called the company multiple times and requested an adjustment to our invoice and payment to reflect the work that had been completed. Promised a return call from both the company and Shannon which we have yet to receive. Service rendered on June 16th. Today is July 3rd. I would give only 1 star, but they did repair the unit. Very disappointed in the overall experience! After posting my first review above, Corley contacted me and resolved the issue. Returned my call and the invoice has been corrected to reflect the work that was completed. Thank you. After the resolution, I feel the rating should be adjusted to 4 stars.
Stefano was very professional, polite and efficient. This was our first service appointment in our new home. Stephano provided valuable information about the maintenance and conditon of our HVAC unit.
Stefanos did an amazing job according to my son. My son was at the house for the HVAC work. He said Stefanos was very professional and personable. He explained everything was doing in a matter my son could understand. My strongly recommends Stefanos. Corley needs to work on their 24 hr call center. Yeah, I know its not the greatest. However, the call center does represent the business. Here I am with no AC and temperatures near 90. A little compassion and understanding would go a long way.
Jacob and his team were excellent. Polite, professional, and understanding. The repaired my breaker box and installed many improvements the builders guy had missed like surge protection. I was so impressed I signed up for the hvac plumbing and electrical annual inspection plan. 10 stars!!
Just finished an HVAC inspection with Corley. I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The HVAC Tech, Mr. Stefano's Botros did an excellent job. He was very informative, professional, and courteous. Mr. Botros' knowledge was top-notch. Corley just won over a future customer. Thanks Mr. Botros for your excellent service!
Sage was absolutely amazing. We had another company misdiagnose the issue, costing us hundreds. Sage immediately got to the problem and resolved it. I am so happy to find a company that isn’t out to gouge and is honest.
Jacob and Rob both did such a great job fixing our electrical problems. They understood that I only had a certain amount of money and went out of their way to make sure I didn’t go over. So beyond happy with their work!
Daniel came out to look at an electrical issue we had with how our HVAC system was wired, which was reported to me by a different HVAC company. He was able to fix the problem quickly and avoided having to do the expensive recommendation made by the other company. Beth with dispatch was very friendly and helpful too! I will definitely be using Corley for all future HVAC/electrical needs!
AC unit quit working during the hottest time of the year and Shannon from Corley came out on the same day as we called and got it up and running. He let me know what the problem was and also let me know about replacing the unit. He wasn’t pushy like a salesman but rather let me decide on what works for me. Keep Shannon around! He was great!
I called them today, 7/3/23 at 3:06 because my basement had flooded due to backed up pipes...job complete by 5:22pm. Great service, even better prices. Call Corey's first!!
Cypress came out for annual maintenance. I needed help with replacing an air return cover. Cypress was nice, polite and went above and beyond to complete the service call and replace our vent cover. Thank you, Cypress.
Stephanos was great! He provided great service and quickly diagnosed our problem and had us cooling down in no time.
