We had a HVAC unit go out during the 4th of July weekend. I called Carolina Heating Monday afternoon expecting to leave a service request on voice mail. A person actually answered the phone and we arranged a service call. The service technician Heather was able to come out within the hour and repaired the system. Heather was very professional, friendly and completed the repairs in a timely manner and kept me appraised of what she was doing and costs of the repairs as she was doing the work. There were no surprises and I am very happy with the work done.
Up until the last few years I did nothing but brag and recommend their services, it's changed. Sometimes you get on time and great customer service and other times I just feel like an inconvenient client and their prices continue to jump, inflation is definitely part to blame but ....I've been using them for 10 yrs. and am discouraged at this point.
Ryan came out this morning responding to an e-mail I sent last night regarding no air coming from vents. Now is not the time you want anything to go wrong with your AC, but wrong it went. I had a similar situation when my unit froze solid. He tested the unit and found it was low on a refrigerant that has been banned. So I can’t recharge it. So I have to look at a new unit. He was able to get a sales rep out here at 1pm to see what my options are for a new unit. They work fast and we’ll. This is my 4th time using them.

Clone him. Very professional, polite, and above all knowledgeable. He has been here twice to fix two different problems, and to helped recommend a new system. I just love this old house!!!

Chris was incredible. He was able to get out here a few hours after I called. I don’t know anything about HVAC units but Chris was nice enough to let me follow him around for a little bit and ask some questions. Great guy, highly recommend.
I called CHS right at noon to schedule a repair call for the HVAC system in my recently purchased home. The condenser fan was not running, and the motor was hot. Within 2 hours Billy and Blake arrived and were able to fix the unit. They were prompt, courteous and knew what they were doing. We would recommend them for all your HVAC work.
Joseph (Carolina Heating Service technician)provided valuable technical information to our home Heating and Air Conditioning problems. Best solution will be to hire a cleaning service for our installed ductwork. Joseph’s demeanor, vocabulary and professionalism gave me confidence in what actions I need for our home system. Any future problems I will not hesitate to ask for his help.
Highly recommend!! Scott came out and was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Trouble shot the system and replaced a few things and house is cooling off. Very happy with the service. Thank you so much
Billy and Blake were awesome. I know nothing about HVAC, so I'm changing filters, changing batteries, looking for frozen areas etc. They got here sooner than I planned, and within 5 minutes found a snake in my condenser. Removed it, A/C is working like a dream. Don't even think they were here 15 minutes. Then they go check out the unit and make some suggestions that could save some money in the long run, but by no means made me feel obligated to move. Even found some issues that are of concern that I'm happy they found. In fact they were very adamant about getting a more in-depth inspection before making a decision which was very much appreciated. Great guys, really honest and highly suggested.
Jake was quick to come by and determine issue with our air conditioning and he also noticed our hot water heating was leaking; we had no idea we had problem with it; thanks
Carolina Heating service sent Katherine out on a Friday afternoon to repair my A/C blower motor. She went the extra mile to find and get the new blower installed. Thanks Katherine for a job well done.

Preformed annual maintenance and testing of emergency generator. It was done in a timely, professional manner. The technician [Brad) was totaly prepared and explained in easly understood what he'd don.e to and the condition of the generator. I was impressed with his performance.
Did spring checkup of HVAC. Installed 2 sensors in drip pan to shut off AC if the sensor(s) detect a problem in/with the condensation pan. The tech clearly explained what was done and showed pictures of the newly installed sensors. Also explained the rusty brown discoloration on an exterior wall was related to rust in the condensation pan.
Very nice gentleman I thought was helpful. He came looked at the inside thermostat then the outside unit part. Tells me I need a capacitor and provided $200 plus quote. So told him no thank you. Looked up the capacitor $30 part or less changed in 2 minutes by my father. Finally felt cool air but with poor pressure. Went under the home and saw the ductwork hanging by one piece of tape. I believe you employee never went under the house. Needless to say I met a polite worker of yours that played with my dog and cleaned the inside coils for $400 plus I believe can’t remember. Cool job.
Placed a new tankless water heater in a rapid and proficient manner. Stayed late to get the job done! Great service and I would highly recommend them!
Chris was our tech, he was so professional and nice and explained everything perfectly. They were also very quick to come out and he fixed our issue quickly!
My pan in the attic was full of water, witch my A/C STOPPED WORKING,,they came out and and fixed the issue now I'm up and running again. Thanks so much for getting here as quick as possible..
