Great attention to detail! Knows his trade very well!!
This is an outstanding local business, extremely honest and professional. They installed a split system upstairs a little over 10 years ago, the Trane was about 10% more than the cheapest unit available but ran without a hitch for 10 years. Today was a $200 part replacement and the unit is running like new again. The package heat pump they installed downstairs has been zero trouble for 5 years now. In 10 and a half years I have only dealt with these guys and have only seen them 3 times -- twice to install a new unit, and once for a service call. Their techs have always been very professional, honest, competent and responsive. I recommend them to everyone who asks.

Bought our units from this company around 7 years ago and they continue to service us. Aways responsive and take care of us. Technicians are great and very informative about anything pertaining to our system. Miles has serviced us recently and he is outstanding. Great company!

I noticed one of our units short cycling and concerned called hoping that I could get same day service, even though I knew that they were probably covered up. My whole experience, from Ann-Marie working to help us out, to the professional and courteous Cameron, was absolutely 5 stars. Cameron’s detailed diagnosis pointed to a simple fix that I could do myself. The experience was so wonderful we went ahead and signed up for their PM plan. What a blessing this company is!!

I had both of my HVAC systems replaced. The installers were knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and made sure to clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend Authorized Heating & Air to any in the greater Greenville area!
Great company to work with for my AC and heating.
These folks are great! They came highly recommended from a friend of mine who recently had work done. My AC quit as soon as the weather started getting hot (of course!). They came out the next day when they said they would (excellent communication from the technician), and completed the repair the same day. I was not expecting that. It is an older unit and will likely need replacing before many more summers. I really appreciated being given the option to repair and get a little more life out of the system. When it is time to replace, I will ONLY be calling Authorized. Thanks guys!

We were not familiar with our home's ductless HVAC system; didn't even know the year of installation. Customer service made it so we could receive a technician when it fit our schedule better. When the technician came, he answered all our questions well and made sure the system was operational, and that we were knowledgeable in it's use.
Cameron was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He very courteous and respectful of keeping our home clean. I appreciate the time he took to explain his findings and include them in the emailed report. This is our first time using Authorized Heating and Air, and we feel confident in making the switch from our previous HVAC company.
Our heat pump was hit by lightening so we had to have it replaced. They were here within an hour of when I called. Insurance was draging their feet and couldn't get anyone here for a week. We were in the middle of a really cold snap so we decided to go ahead and ordered the units which had to be shipped from different places. Came in sooner than expected and they were ready to put it in. Ended up with 4 young men to do the installation and they worked as a well oiled machine. Had us up and running and warm in a day. The owner talked to the insurance company and got the payment going for us. We have always used them for maintenance and will continue with this new unit. I can not tell you how highly we recommend them.
Our AC went out out and Steve came the same day after normal work hours to assess our situation. We then had a new system installed within two days! I would highly recommend them.

tI have been with Authorized Heating and Air for years. I have always been very happy with their people and the caliber of work that their maintenance Techs do. The maintenance Techs and people I have dealt with in their office are always very friendly and handle any situation I have with promptly and professionally.
