Great service
I have used Affordability twice in the past two years at different locations. Their service is second to none. They have given fantastic service and pricing. The first time I dealt with Jose. This second time with Alex. Both were very friendly, professional and thorough. They fixed my air conditioning issues quickly.
Great service all around I would definitely recommend them and definitely use them again called first thing in the morning Jose showed up 2 hours later found the problem right away the service was fast and very affordable
Jose was great. His price was the best from other quotes and had 0% financing, with good credit. he was able to install new AC condensor and Furnace in 1 day and scheduled quickly. I would recommend. Communication was good and price was really good.

Affordability LLC is the only HVAC company you can trust in Greenville! I have had nothing but bad experiences with the other Hvac companies here. I even had to contact the BBB on Corley’s! Affordability literally saved me several thousand dollars on a brand new complete system (minus duct work)! Our 20 yo heat pump went out the day before Christmas this year when the night time temps were in the teens. I filled out some information online looking for loan assistance to pay for a new system on Christmas day. They called that day to find out the issue. Came out the next day to give me a free estimate, and then came back the very next day to remove my old system and install the new unit! I had heat before 5pm 2 days after making contact! They are very professional, and no one else can touch their prices! If you have been gouged for subpar work by these other major callous money hungry hvac places ( Service Pro, Corley’s, Eastergard,etc) like me, Affordability will renew your faith in these types of businesses!!

Jose and his team did a great job with an installation of an entire new system. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a trustworthy and efficient business to hire. They are on time and do not waste time getting right to the job at hand. They portrayed pure professionalism and very courteous while working in my home. I appreciate the attention to detail and hope that you find the same satisfaction I did with them!!
Contacted Jose he was able to come out the same day and get our AC back working for a reasonable price. Went above and beyond to clean system out as well. Highly recommended!
Our electric heat pump was converted to a gas furnace with new air conditioning. We are very happy with the install, the quality and brand of furnace and the price we agreed upon. The technicians worked under the house on a couple really cold days to get heat in our home and were very friendly. To top it all, we had our wood burning fireplace converted to gas and it is beautiful. I would recommend Affordability.
They were able to come out the same day and took care of the issue right away. Very professional.

Affordability was awesome!! I texted Jose late Friday night about a non-working AC unit (in the middle of July) and he showed up at our house first thing the next morning! Price was fair and customer service was top-notch. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.
