Our AC system failed on a Monday. We called around to several different companies on the next day (Tuesday) and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received from ACC. Anthony and his team were very responsive and gave us options to avoid buying a new system. We decided to replace our aged system with a new one. By Thursday afternoon we were up and running. Under promise, over achieve. We highly recommend ACC for their response time, sense of urgency, pricing, and overall professionalism.
The gentleman that serviced my AC was AWESOME! He cleaned out the AC and explained everything to me. Very professional!! Would highly recommend!!

Our heat/AC went out during a cold spell in March. We called the company first thing in the morning and they were out in a couple of hours. The technician determined the motor had failed on our unit. We decided to replace the entire unit. They were able to complete the work within the week in addition to redoing aging ductwork. We used them because I noticed they had been professional when installing our neighbors heating/ac unit the previous summer and we verified their work with the neighbor. The technicians were courteous, hard-working and timely. They were careful not to track in dirt when they came into the house. They were respectful and professional. They had company apparel and marked trucks. I was comfortable having them in my home with my little children when my husband was at work. My husband googled the price of the unit we had installed and it was right inline with the charge we incurred. Overall would recommend this company if you need work done on your AC/Heating system.

Anthony came over the same day and gave us a very reasonable quote to replace our old furnace with a new one. His installers came the next day and installed the furnace. Before the left they verified everything was working great and that everything was done. Cleaned up everything before they left and were very friendly gentlemen. Would highly recommend this company.

After our unit started making noises in the night, we called first thing in the morning and Absolute Climate Control was at our house before 8am. They were extremely responsive and professional. We had a new system a few days later. We definitely recommend.
This company provided OUTSTANDING response!! They came out and did troubleshooting and replaced the whole system on the same day!! Courteous, professional and knowledgeable!! ACC provided prompt service and help!! The owner came out to see how things were going and showed sincere interest in getting my system fixed when I had issues with another system on another day. Highly recommended!!

Called for service multiple times and was promised a call back after paying an assessment fee to a technician due to a faulty damper motor. It has been multiple month since the assessment and my requests for service kept getting ignored. After another call today I was told by their agent that service wasn’t done because I refused service and refused to pay for the service that was never done on my hvac system and that I have never paid for the replacement parts, which I never ordered!!!Horrible service. This will be reported to the Better Business Bureau! To the owners response! Good story!!! BBB complaint does matter and has already been submitted. HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!!

Christian has been out to service units for us twice (two different units and problems) and he is a ROCKSTAR! He is professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things!
I would like to say that I contacted Absolute climate control in Myrtle Beach because a good friend of mine, Richard Caruso, recommended it. I have to say I feel so very fortunate that he did! Mike is definitely one of the nicest people I have ever met and went above and beyond helpfulness trying to sort out my problem. He really went the extra mile and I so appreciate it! I recommend him without reservation.
