This was a Saturday emergency call at 12:30ish. I was told that I was to be put on the list and that they would get to me that day, but couldn’t tell me a time, which is totally understandable in an off hours situation. The dispatch was very nice and accommodating to our panic in the middle of July. The technician Daniel showed up later that day, and went right to work. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the job. After doing a complete system check, he identified the issue, and we were back up and running. We really appreciate the service and will be a return customer if any new issue arise. Thanks GCHA+P!!
We had an electrical fire start on our inside unit overnight. Aaron was sent out the next day to assess the damage and had us up and running in just a couple of hours. He diagnosed, troubleshot and repaired a faulty wire on our 15 year old unit that took out a capacitor and a few other electronic components. He even checked the charge on our unit while he was there for our peace of mind. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.
Tommie did great job, he knew exactly what to do. Thanks to him for being persistent I didn’t have to replace the compressor.
She was Professional and thorough. Nice to see the same person who installed my system from three years ago. Says a lot about a business.
We had our ac unit at a rental go out on 4th of July and they were able to squeeze us in and get it fixed. The front office person and the technician, Travis, did an excellent job of communicating with me via text because I was in a location without cell signal. It’s hard to find companies with great communication so we are very thankful we found goose creek heating and air. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
July 3rd ac breaks down at 8pm. We called July 4th 903am AC is working. Service beyond comparison. Excellent attitude by employees, very responsive. A summer holiday and it was broken now it's fixed. How great is this!

GREAT AC SERVICE ON TWO UNITS. CLEANED DRAINS, CHECKED FILTERS, CLEANED OUTSIDE UNITS. Have American Standard and Traine units. The mobile phone app is great...control AC from anywhere. 6-29-23 both AC units serviced. All systems checked and any potential issues are being resolved with great customer support. Great company and product.
The men that came out for my installation today we're awesome. They explained everything to me about any questions that I had. Very professional group. I highly recommend this company. B

Called them two days ago about a heating/cooling issue. Hogan, the technician was able to locate the problem and was more than happy to show it to me and explained the unit needed replaced. From start to finish Professional! We have our unit inspected/maintained biannually, today was the day. Sam came to do the job, her second time here. As is common with Goose Creek Heating and Air, she is very professional and friendly. She let us know they now do plumbing, of particular interest is thankless water heater maintenance, that is going to be done soon. Thank you Sam and GCH&A.

Goose Creek H&A have been my first service provider since purchasing my home in February 2017. I subscribe to semi-annual PM checks on my home system with them and I have been very satisfied with the level of communication and advice from their technicians during the three visits they have made, each time a different technician. They have all taken the time to patiently and thoroughly answer my questions and offer me sound Preventative Maintenance advice without “up-selling” me on high priced upgrades or additional unnecessary service work. Very trustworthy and their technicians embody the same integrity. Great news to share, they now offer plumbing services as well!
After our previous AC/Heating installer/service tech relocated, we were forced to find a replacement that offered the same personalized and expert service. After doing a little research, it seemed apparent GCH&A was the company to partner with. We weren’t wrong! Miguel, our service tech sent today for a routine maintenance call was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He uncovered a couple of minor issues that were backed up with photos and measurements. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to immediately fix something that didn’t need fixing today, but showed us what to consider for the continued health of our systems. We miss our former AC/Heating guy, but are comfortable knowing we found, in Miguel and GCH&A, a partnership moving forward.
Goose creek heating and air came through for us again! Our house got hit by lightning and they were able to accommodate us promptly and fix the issue immediately. This isn’t the first time we’ve used their services and every time they’ve been very helpful, honest and quick! Highly recommend!

Tech was on time, diagnosed the issue 15 minutes later (faulty solder joint by previous installer) and had it fixed a short time later. Always happy with their service and professionalism.
