Sorry for the long post but I have been disappointed twice with this company within the last 2 weeks. First, I called to have the dryer vent duct checked out because my new dryer was displaying a problem with the air flow. Someone came and only checked out it out by running a line under the house. He never came inside to check the elbow from the dryer. So I called another company, they found a blockage at the elbow just as I suspected. Next, I was smelling a burning smell in the house from time to time with ac kicking in so I called to have it checking it by this company. The same guy came and made me feel like I did not know what I was talking about. I explained to him that it came from the ac and not something else. Then, he proceeded to tell me that I was going to be charged regardless if he was going to look at it or not. Ps, I have a service contract with this company for maintenance and have been a customer for 5 years. He then checked the ac unit and found that the drainage was not working properly which caused the burning smell. This is very disappointing ! Thank you for making things right after these two incidents!
my unit went out over a holiday weekend -called Drawdy's spoke with their after hours answering service , within 5 -10 mins I received a call from the owner of the company and with 20 mins he and his son came over and replaced a capacitor and did some tuning up on the unit. he waited for a while until he knew the house temperature was comfortable. The owner Rusty while waiting spent time answering the questions my wife had as well. Very fair price was charge. I recommend them- GREAT SERVICE!
Drawdy's Heating & Air always comes quickly when I have a service problem. They fix the problem and charges are reasonable. Polite and friendly service men!

Made an appointment and the work was completed in under 30 minutes. The only down side was the tech was about 40 minutes late. But that week was our coldest and many people around here needed service.

Had a GREAT experience with Drawdy's heating and air. I booked a consultation with Joey because I was having an issue where my a/c unit would randomly stop cutting on for hours at a time. Joey helped explain to me the internal issues the unit was experiencing and helped me make a decision based on my budget. Will definitely use Drawdy's again in the future!

I called on a Friday afternoon for someone to come out and look at my heat pump as it was getting really loud. I was offered an appointment later that day but I couldn’t take it because I had obligations. So I booked for first thing Monday morning. My husband got home Friday evening and said it sounded like the heat pump was going to blow up. I called Drawdy’s and a tech was sent out arriving with in about 90 min of the call. We were charged their regular service call fee. Not a large after hours service fee that I expected. Come to find out they don’t do that. It was diagnosed we needed a new blower. Monday morning one was ordered and by Monday at 5:30pm it was installed. I can’t say I have paid for many blowers so I can’t say if it was a good deal or not. BUT the service fee that we paid Friday was deducted from the total cost of the blower and instal. The techs were quick and professional and I would absolutely with out hesitation call them again to service my home.
I usually never take the time to leave reviews - but these folks are so great that they are certainly worth taking a moment to leave one. Our family is so impressed by their great service and responsiveness. While other companies tend to find reasons to charge you, Drawdy's looks for ways to help save you money.
Went to run some errands came home and it was 84 degrees in my house on a Saturday evening. Called Drawdy's and they came out within the hour. Evan diagnosed the problem & had my air running in no time. He turned a stressful situation into a positive one, even gave me some much needed advice. Evan was a hoot!!! He had me cracking up laughing. The stories that he has.... Would definitely recommend Drawdy's Heating & Air.
I called before hours. They promptly returned my call. The service technician Joey said he was on the way. Joey arrived quickly and got to work on the problem right a way. He quickly determined I had a bad capacitor and replaced it. He was very nice and professional. Great Customer Service ! I will definitely recommend this company to anyone. 👍
Evan came on an emergency call at night. He was professional, courteous and fixed the a/c in a timely manner. I was very happy with the work and would call them again.
Let me tell your, this is by far the best HVAC company you can get. We had at old 10+ year system in when we moved to this house, they replaced last year, came out the same day we called and replaced it, not only that, just today we noticed we weren't getting airflow, I called them up they came out WITHIN THE HOUR and fixed it NO CHARGE it was under warranty. I couldn't be more satisfied with this company. 100% would recommend !
My A/C stopped blowing cold air. The tech came out the next morning to diagnose it and determined I needed a coil evaporator because it had a leak. My system is less than 3 years old so I have a manufacture warranty to cover the parts. This company wanted to charge me $3500 to replace the evaporator and told me they would not honor my warranty. Then, when asked for a price breakdown of the parts and labor they told me they don't do that and that it is a flat price. The tech stated that his supervisor set that price. So basically, they just make up prices as the issues occur. This screams SHADY BUSINESS. We had another company come out and fixed it same day for $1600 and stated that we just needed freon and it was leaking because of a loose bolt. I absolutely would not recommend Drawdys. Update: I know exactly who installed my HVAC because i purchased the home brand new and customized it myself hence why the HVAC is less than 3 years old because it was just built in 2019. No one from this company recommened anything. I even called the manufactured and they stated all the company had to do was call them and they would pay for the part. Stop telling lies.

We called early this week and Joey came in Thursday to inspect the system. We had to get one unit replaced and they were able to do it the next day. The crew was very professional and courteous and the system works great. I highly recommend Drawdy's for heating and cooling needs.
