The technicians installing our unit (Willie and Jason) were extremely efficient and very professional. It should be noted that it was an extremely warm and humid day. They completed the work in less time than we thought given the working conditions. Amazingly friendly and upbeat and never a complaint. Good work and good people!
Matthew came and diagnosed the problem very quickly and then was very diligent about getting the repairs completed and the system back working. His attitude, in spite of the heat, was exemplary. He was a pleasure to work with.

One of our HVAC had to be replaced. Tuck&Howell give a good price. Marius and Natalia, techs were beyond great. On time, never stopped in 90+ degrees. Cleaned up perfectly. Could not ask for a better job. 100% satisfied.

We had a leak in condenser pipe fixed late in day;thermostat was not on ...called again and on call guy came within 30 minutes;fixed pump ! All working.
I recommend Tuck and Howell for any problems you may be having especially if you need a new heat pump. I was given an estimate from a well-known company and their cheapest installation was about $16,000 and I just couldn’t believe it. I decided to get an estimate from Tuck and Howell and let me tell you that Jay, Derrick and Dylan took care of everything and did a great job. The price was definitely in my budget and half the cost of the other company. I am totally satisfied.
