2018 Hickman was called out to my place due to no air coming out of any of the vents in my place. The "bright" young man changed the air filter even though it was less than a week old.....AC blew air for less than 24 hours after Hickman left. 2019 Hickman was called out due to no air coming out of any of the vents in my place. Older man stated the blower motor was broken and also a valve for the agent was broken. (I am not a betting person but I bet that blower motor was broken in 2018 too.......The visit in 2019 was on 30 July 2019. A part had to be ordered to fix this broken "valve" today is 7 August 2019, Hickman has received the part and was informed that it was 96 degrees currently in my place but stated it would be LATE tomorrow afternoon (8 August 2019) before anyone could get to me and replace the broken part. I left a voice mail letting them know that there are two registered service dogs in this residence, not that that will matter to them. If you want your AC fixed and fixed right and fixed right the FIRST time, call any other AC company in Charleston, SC. If you don't want your AC fixed, you will be okay going with Hickman HVAC.
Doris is the rudest person I have ever spoken with. This company has a signed contract with Revolve Company for warranty work and they refused to even listen to what I had to say when I tried calling for warranty work. When my warranty is up I will be sure to never call them for assistance.
