On a 1-5 rating basis I would give your compay a TEN! Your technician provided us with prompt, courteous, friendly and professional servicee in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. We will enthusiastically recommend Wilson's to anyone who needs to have their air conditioning system repaired.

Alex Peterkin, technician, did a over-.the-top job replacing a worn out evaporation unit. My downstairs basement had pools of standing water. He not only promptly identified the problem, but when the new unit had been installed, he swept out the water and, getting down on hands and knees, mopped up the mud with towels. This is extraordinary customer service. Thank you, Alex, for repairing my air conditioner, and for leaving the space as clean as she possibly could.
The technician was very thorough. Checked the handler and the compressor. Had everything he needed to complete the job with him. Very personable and knowledgeable.

Wilson Refrigeration & Air came to our home today to trouble shoot a problem with our upstairs A/C. Apparently, the upstairs thermostat was wired incorrectly by our previous air conditioning service company and the auxiliary heat did not turn on during on current cold spell (19 degrees). Our technician was thorough, tested the heating strips, and explained the problem. Now are guests can sleep in comfort when they visit. Thank you Wilson!
Joe asked questions and listened to the client perspective of the "opportunity" with the gas furnace. He explained what he was checking and traced the problem to the control board. He called the distributor and went to pick up the board so we would have heat over the holidays. EXCELLENT technician and people skills!

Had a weekend service repair on our thermostat (blown low voltage fuse). The technician was prompt, arriving in about an hour. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend.
I have been using Wilson's since 2010, and have always had a good experience. As a certified home inspector, I am very hard on contractors (since most of them are terrible). So I trust very few in the trade world. Wilson's is my go to people for HVAC. Bryan (who I have worked with there the most lately) is a great and professional person.
Wow! We were extremely pleased that Wilson Refrigeration & Air responded immediately to our SOS to come out and check our heating system as we turned on the furnace to get comfortable during the first cold snap of the season and the heat didn't come on! They managed to have Chris come out before noon and look at our system. BTW Chris is an extremely knowledgeable, extremely competent and highly professional diagnostic technician. We appreciated all the information about our system that he shared with us and his fast action in getting our needed part ordered. Thank you for your help.
Wilson's is always great Had a problem with my thermostat due to a power failure. They sent a technician in a timely manner. He resolved the issue with the thermostat and checked over the unit also. Very professional.
Our appointment was scheduled for tomorrow. They called with a cancellation and was able to get to us today. Chris was proactive, checking our other unit out as well. And our drain line was clogged. This a large ceiling unit so if he had not notice we would've had a flood on our new furniture.
Several weeks ago I had my HVAC system service. My service technician, Jeremy Pierre did a great job. He was very personable and professional.
Lanard Rhaney discovered damaged circuit breakers that prevented the heat pump from working. He also told me consult an electrician to correct the problem. I really appreciate his professionalism!
