I called Monday morning and David came by that afternoon to fix my ac. He was professional, fast, and explained the problem to me. Great company and very satisfied with the service!
Jason has always been my guy for my AC/heating....(7 years) Super nice guy, HONEST and straightforward, GREAT pricing... Just had him install 2 completely new units in my house... did it in a single day... he's gonna be my AC guy for life... ABSOLUTELY recommend.... he really went above and beyond with his service
I saw this company had good reviews on Google so I hired them for a house HVAC inspection. It turned out to be very disappointing. The tech arrived much late (1 h) and the inspection took 45 mins while I was charged 225 for inspecting. I am not mad at the price tbh even thought I never received their email informing us the price and/or the work that was going to be performed. What made me write this review was I never received the report after 5 days until now I am writing the review. FYI, termite inspector wrote the report onsite and we received the report same night, the whole house inspection report of more than 100 pages was received next day. How amazing it is to take a few days to write a report for a residence with 3 AC units? I wish this company while charging high price, could provide better and more transparent service.

These guys are amazing! They responded so quickly when our AC went out and even fixed some stuff that we didn't even know was going on so it didn't cause other issues in the future. Will ALWAYS use these guys for our AC needs in the future.
My neighbor is in the process of selling her home I was assisting her with the removal of personal belongings when we discovered that me, my sister, and her could not remove the oversized dresser on our own - Thankfully, the inspector for the buyer, David had arrived earlier than expected at the job site, I asked if he could help us and he had no issue helping and even struck up a conversation while waiting on the real estate agent to arrive as he was an entire 30 minutes early! Personally, I will be looking at True comfort of the Carolinas moving into the warmer months for my Air conditioner needs as I was so impressed not only with his willingness to help strangers but also with him not only being on time but being early and seeing him take his job seriously and speak so highly of his employer and truly enjoy his work. Thank you, David, for helping us today - I wish I had gotten your last name so I could better point you out, but My name is Hollis Gaillard. You made a difference in my day. I appreciate you so much more then you know sir.
My husband and I hired true comfort, and we worked with Matt. He was great. He was on time, professional, and very effective in all or repairs needed. Everything turned out excellent!!!! thank you Matt for all that you did to our home.
I had all of my ductwork replaced and a vapor barrier installed yesterday and am so pleased with the work done and the results. They were very prompt, courteous, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. I will be using them again for any HVAC issues that come up and would definitely recommend them.
They have been awesome! I had to replace both of my less than 7 year old units with in a year apart (thanks Mungo). True Comfort replaced both and they were very reasonably priced, especially with the Trane units we got, and got it done very quickly. Our technician Matt was very nice and informative and took care to not leave a mess.

We've had Jason do work for us several times in the past, including today. Always shows up in a timely manner, very polite and cares about your home (he even usually puts on shoe protectors before he comes in). Very knowledgeable and always gets us cool again. Straight shooter and answers any questions you have. Highly recommended!
We had a new a/c unit for our home and some vents installed to our FROG. Chris and Chandler were prompt, professional and respectful of our home. Chris was great at communicating as the project progressed. We had a great experience with True Comfort.
We got a new system put in by them. They were prompt and thorough. And any issues that we have had they have come out and looked at it and taken care of it with no problems. Would recommend them 100%
Jason goes above and beyond for his customers. Everyone that I interacted with was kind and professional when I needed a repair on heat pump system and I couldn’t be happier. True Comfort of the Carolinas will be my go-to HVAC company and I couldn’t recommend them more.
Great service technician, professional service
Had a new system installed in June 2020 and the price was very fair, but the service is what makes this business shine! Had a part go bad on the new system a year later and Chris and Chandler came out and fixed it, all covered under warranty. Very professional service and all around excellent experience (besides my house being 85 before it was fixed). Highly suggest their service for anyone in the area! No games, no scams, no greed!
We are on the maintenance plan with True Comfort and each time we have had our units tuned up and ready for the season the technician, David, was great. He was courteous and was extremely thorough.
I think what stood out to me about this company is their professionalism, customer service, and work ethic which was exceptional. Jason, Chris, and Chandler took time to explain the process and progress each day. I would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.

True Comfort of the Carolinas recently installed all new duct that was old, worn, falling down and destroyed by cats and rats, breakers that were undersized and would’ve caused our home to burn down while using the heat, repositioned the HVAC unit due to another company not installing it properly and added a pad that could actually withstand the size and weight of the unit, another step the previous company failed to do. From Jason’s initial inspection to the completion of all the work, he was responsive and took care of us along the way. His crew, Chris and Chandler amongst a few others, I apologize for not remembering your names, were all very polite, professional and hard working! I’d recommend Jason and his team to anyone needing quality HVAC maintenance or repair.
