The repairman waited nearly an hour for me to arrive to complete the service of my unit. He was very courteous and explained everything to me in terms that were very understandable. Andrew came to fix my unit same day after I had a rough experience with another company, leaving my AC not working. He explained everything before doing any work, gave me an accurate quote and was a pleasure to work with. I'd definitely recommend Sure Air.
I had an appointment set for a new service plan but no show, no cancellation call, no contact at all. Technician came out on very 1st visit to get measurements and informed me of possible issues with my unit. There was an appointment set for 1 week from that date to actually perform the service which I made sure I was home for but no one ever showed up or contacted me as to why not. I’ll set up a service contract with someone else.
My furnace stopped working and they came out the same day and got it working. Very professional and timely. I will definitely use them again.
