The owner was very friendly. I was able to get on the schedule quickly. The techs that came out were very professional and courteous. They installed a new unit and now my AC is back blowing nice cool air!! Thanks for providing an A+ service for my family and I.
I was desperate to have my AC fixed in the middle of a hot wave and couldn't find a tech for a same-day service. I called Solutions Heating, who was referred to me by another satisfied customer, and they were able to dispatch a tech and get me back up and running within 4 hours of my phone call. Great customer service and very professional.
Thomas saved my life on the 4th of July! Came home from work to no no AC! I can’t stand the heat, and having no air really upsets me! He was knowledgeable and fast, and smiled the entire way through it! I highly recommend him and this company! Thanks!

Thomas was great and professional. He knows his system and truly helps his customers. He and his workers have a great understanding and respect for their work and customers. He helped my uncle. We did not have an appointment and Thomas fix us in his schedule. He is honest and kind. They fixed the issue and made a senior citizen proud to have young and talented men . Air conditioner unit went out. Txt my info. They responded promptly and came out on time in a timely manner. Made the repair quickly . Repair person was very professional and knowledgeable.
Our air went out and we called on solutions heating and air and they were out here right away to take a look. We got a quote and they were out here two days later installing our new system. Awesome workers. Very professional and caring. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to upgrade and/or fix your cooling and heating. 5 stars all the way!

I needed to have a new unit installed. Brandon and Marion came and got right to work. They worked together professionally to get the job done and they cleaned up after themselves. They explained the technology of the unit, how it work and made sure I knew how to operate it. I really appreciate the professionalism, the care and concern that Solutions Heating & Air have for their customers. I appreciate the integrity of Mr. Thomas, his staff , Marion and Brandon I have not had a bad experience since I started working with Solutions Heating & Air over 5 years ago. My heat stopped working Saturday night/Sunday morning. I called Solutions Htg and Air Sunday morning. The lady that answered the phone said she would get the message to a technician who would contact me the same day. Hours later I called back and was told the same thing. Called again later Sunday but no luck. Someone finally contacted me Monday morning. By then, luckily, the heat had started working again so I just scheduled a winter maintenance service and system check which was done without a problem.
Solutions installed a new unit and air handler a few years ago. As we go to sell the house, 3 different HVAC companies came in and all of them said the air handler was installed incorrectly and if it stayed it would need some minor things corrected like a the blower vibrating, power line coming in and out at the same place and watch it carefully because there was no drip pan, etc. Thomas the owner spoke to the buyer and after each repair item listed was talked about, Thomas repeatedly said, Nah that can't be done. Simple things like drain lines needed to be extended. He was adamant it was installed correctly even though it was installed on it's side with a hole cut in it for a return with NO drip pan. Over and over he stated simple things couldn't be done and all of this was correct. Now we are paying someone else to install it correctly and fix the minor issues that were obviously able to be fixed. He did a terrible job and then tried to stand on that hill to the bitter end no matter how many people said it was wrong.....even a county inspector. He takes no accountability at all.
Solutions Heating and Air is truly the BEST HVAC company in South Carolina. The service Technician Brandon was wise beyond his years. He patiently explained everything that I needed to know. Plus, he did the work so fast ( replaced a outside fan in my unit) my wife couldn't believe it!!! I am going to recommend this company to any and everybody who has HVAC issues. Also, I will be getting on their coverage plan.
After two months of a nightmare with our waiting with our home warranty through a different company, we independently reached out to Solutions, explained the situation to Solutions and Brandon got the part we needed that day and came to do the repair the next business day. He was prompt, responsive, friendly, and was able to make the repair and restore our heat. It was hugely appreciated and they saved the day!
