I was having trouble with my 22 year old AC system in my rental property in Chapin, SC. Matt came out and did a thorough check on my system and found my system just needed to replace a capacitor so a couple hundred dollars VS thousands is awesome! Thank you Matt, you’re a life saver!

Today was my first experience with Sky Air Conditioning and Heating and I am very pleased. Hassan, the technician who serviced my two HVAC units, was prompt, professional, and extremely thorough. Thank you!

Appointment was on time, early in fact. AC needed recharge which they said they did but they checked air from vents by feel, no thermometer, that wasn't what I expected Our AC is operating but temps have been too mild to say everything is A-OK.

My auntie unit had went out this here past weekend 100% and she asked who to call well I just started using this here company right here because the last company I used to use for all my rental homes up in Irmo kept trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need. So I called Sky and they had sent Matt out to my house and he fixed me straight on up 100% on all my properties and for cheaper is what I’m talking about.
A/C went out during the warm spell. Called Sky that morning, and Tim was out here by noon! He explained how my compressor went bad and that due to it's old age and cost to fix it, now would be a good time to replace the system with a new high efficiency system. We are doing this on Tuesday and can't be happier with our decision to use Sky!
