We woke up and found out A/C was blowing warm air. We messaged Joe Burns Heating and Air online, early in the morning on a weekend, and they responded within minutes. They showed up within a few hours and fixed our issue! They were kind, professional, and helpful. Absolutely recommend using them.
Preston was, and is, timely, expedient in his work, knowledgeable, and courteous! Excellent service every time!
Brooks did a great job at explaining what we needed and servicing our HVAC system. He didn’t try to push more than we needed which I really appreciated!

Brooks, the service expert, is a respectful young man with appreciable knowledge and diagnostic capability. When I described the issue he methodically examined the system to identify the issue and rectified it. Focus on work, without any pressure to up-sell, made me very comfortable with the company and the tech experts who they dispatch.

I have admittedly waited a few months to post this review, however, considering the horrible service I received from several other companies I went to for AC/Heating repair I wanted to see if I was going to be calling again in 3 months for some repair or another. Joe and his crew are absolutely amazing. They are all professional and nice, and took the time to explain what the previous issues were and how they *should* have been fixed. We decided on a new system as being the best option. The downside was, it was going to take a few days to get the unit in, and it was ridiculously hot outside. But being the considerate kind of people that they are, they brought a window unit and installed it in my room so that we had at least one area that was cooled while we waited for the unit to get installed. I could not ask for more honest and hard working people to work with. The work was clear and concise and on-time, and they are considerate of the client. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking help with HVAC issues. I know I won't go anywhere else ever again!
Two years later and the quality of Joe Burns Heating and Air service is as high as it was on day one! Mason was our Tech this time for routine maintenance and was great! He was extremely thorough, courteous and took the time to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated his humble demeanor and professionalism. Great Job Mason!! Joe and his team replaced our old heat pump and we couldn't be more pleased. While you expect a new unit to be great, it's a rarity to find the level of integrity and attention to detail that Joe and his team provided to ensure that unit was installed properly. The entire team was respectful, kind, courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have a very high expectation for work done on my home and Joe and his team did not disappoint. Thank you Joe, Preston, Brooks and Matthew!
We called Joe Burns Heating and Air a couple of weeks ago when our upstairs AC unit wouldn't stay on. They sent a tech to our house within an hour or two. The tech, Preston, did a tremendous job troubleshooting the issue and kept me in the loop as he worked it out. He was able to solve the issue quickly, and we were very pleased with the price. Joe Burns will be the first number we call if we ever face HVAC issues in the future.
Quick diagnostic and service, had to have a new unit installed and the work was clean, efficient and we were up and running quickly! Highly recommended
We enjoyed meeting Joe and Matthew Burns. They were quick to respond and prompt. They have diagnosed our problem with lack of airflow and humidity and we look forward to getting the quote and having the work completed. Note update: quotes received and we will be scheduling the work to be done. Work Requested Completed just 2 days after they came out to diagnose our problem and on the same day I called to schedule. Matthew and Brooks were great! We will be using Burns Heating and Air from now on and highly recommend them.

Joe replaced our old heating and air unit. I am very pleased with all they did. They arrived as scheduled and finished promptly. A great family owned company and the service was superb. I definitely recommend them.
I was having issues with my HVAC and they had a tech come out within 2 hours. Very professional and didn’t try to upsell me on things that were not needed. I will use their service again if needed and would absolutely recommend them to my own friends and family. A+ service all around
I recently moved to the Midlands from up north, and bought a house which (while relatively new) I wanted to have the HVAC system looked at and tweaked up for the upcoming spring/summer season, as I hadn't had it checked out this past fall going into winter. I selected Joe Burns Heating & Air, after checking out several local vendors whom I could have engaged, but Joe Burns possessed all the traits & qualities I was seeking. From the initial contact call I made with a lovely lady named Amy, who was able get me scheduled for my job right quick, to the courtesy text I received by my technician (Brooks) informing me he was on his way, and ultimately the VERY professional and informed interaction I shared with Mr. Cabiness, who answered all my questions and shared insights with me about my system, and what his observations were as he worked on it, I felt very comfortable & reassured I selected the right company to be performing my HVAC Inspection & maintenance. Originally I had only asked for the HVAC System to be checked out, but since Brooks was already on site, & I asked him if he was able to check the A/C unit as well, he reached out to his office, & got the clearance to go ahead and address that for me as well, and now I'm very confident after his very thorough inspection of my HVAC system, I'll be in good shape heading into this spring, summer & fall of 2022 knowing my system has been checked into, and had a minor capacitor out of tolerance replaced, so that - coupled with a total air-duct cleaning & disinfecting I am having done the day after my HVAC work, I feel will help keep my heating & cooling system functioning at optimum conditions for a long stretch ahead. Brooks Cabiness is a very kind, knowledgeable & professional technician who knows his stuff, and enjoys sharing his knowledge when engaged, and he was very thorough in explaining to me what he was working on & checking as he went along, which I was appreciative for. I would VERY MUCH HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The company kept me informed of who was coming and when he'd arrive. An excellent experience from initial request call to checking out the system and offering best practices advice. Mason was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, and helpful ... and our dogs liked him too.
