Brandon was at my house within 25 minutes from when I called and he had my A/C unit up and running in no time. He was fast, respectful, and efficient. Can’t recommend him enough. This was on a Saturday in July mind you. 5 stars all around.
I have using Cool Care Heating, Air and plumbing for years. They are a dependable company as well as being there on time for service. They are little bit expensive for me but rather have a company to know what they are doing.
Mr. Jeff Baker was a fantastic representation of the company. Besides having thorough and quality work, he was great at giving some advice for self service prior to next service and had a great conversation side of him. Overall great experience and well deserving of 5 stars. Appreciate ya.

This is our second great experience with Cool Care. We bought two units from them a couple years back. This time we needed a filter and there was way too much dirt and some freezing . Matt was timely ,friendly and professional. Cool Care is great 👍

I had a great experience with Cool Care! We just moved into our home a few months ago and all of a sudden our AC went out. I knew to call Cool Care as they are prominent in the community and seem to be extremely knowledgable. I called them Memorial Day afternoon and was impressed (firstly) with a human answering me and (secondly) for scheduling someone to come out the following mid-morning. Brandon came out around 1pm as promised. He walked me through the issues, how to fix these issues now and long-term which was important to me as I am not familiar with how HVAC works and this is the first home we have owned. Brandon was extremely helpful and understanding. He was able to diagnose + fix the problem in an hour. It made sense to join their membership program and to use them moving forward for any and all repairs. I cannot say thank you enough to this team and really appreciate how smoothly this unfortunate situation went! And no problems since then!

Called Cool Care for a second opinion concerning a failed compressor, cool care was able to send a technician the next day. Our technician, Brandon Rehill, was a super nice guy who was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Brandon diagnosed and fixed our A/C unit without the need for a new compressor. I would recommend cool care and our technician Brandon to anyone, great service good people.
Scheduled plumber to fix leaky kitchen sink. Justin Jackson fixed the leaks and adjusted my faucet position to suit my needs. Great service! PS - Cool Care has been my HVAC service provider for over 40 years. Now they do plumbing as well!
Just wanted a preventative maintainance check ran on my 2 exterior units to be ready for summer. My tech was Jeff Baker and he was absolutely brilliant. Spent about 1.5 hours outside with units. Checked everything and even cleaned units. Had a bad capacitor and he walked me thru process he used to determine issue. Then spent another hour in basement with furnaces checking everything. Extremely professional and I will be a customer for life!
My 15-year-old A/C unit went out in late April/early May and I shopped around Columbia, SC for a great company to purchase and install a new A/C unit. Cool Care was by far the most professional company that I interacted with during this search, so I chose them to install my new unit. Mark McKellar was my Service Technician for my initial quote and Quality Check after my new A/C unit was installed. Mark is incredibly professional and knowledgeable in this field and gave me 4 quotes on different units up front so that I could look through with my family to make a decision. He also let me call him on a Saturday with my final decision and how to schedule the install. I would recommend Mark McKellar and Cool Care 100 times over. Thank you!
Put in a call Saturday, they scheduled me for a Monday appointment. Matt the technician called and said he was maybe 20 minutes away, I told him I need 25 to get there. His voice had a smile in it and he said I will be waiting. He was very professional, nice. Explained what I had going on, way to correct it. Checked out a few things, made a call and got my on schedule with next step. He loves his job and it shows when he talks to you. Will call Cool Care for plumbing, HVAC needs. Same day Seth Muldowney and Justin Jackson came to look at my tank. Made a call, got me scheduled for next morning replacement. They explained what they saw made recommendations and another call for HVAC to come back check lines. Its good when they give you a heads up on what they see to prevent future issues. When you get service technicians that care about their jobs, they pass that to customers. Everyone that has come out has been very, very professional. Will I use Cool Care again.....YES!!! Thank you Justin, Seth and Matt for making this service great.
We called them in for estimates after many years with another service provider. They were knowledgeable and directly answered our questions. Their estimates for reducing and annual service were good and they now have the jobs. May go to five stars after the work is completed. 5-19-2023: Semi-annual service completed ten days ago. Parts came in for comfort air whole house filtration system, replacing UV Bulbs and static filters. Two very competent techs job well done and removed all packaging material from crawl space. These folks replaced/rebuild our ducting system last year and everything was revealed including around all supply ducts. Home is notably well conditioned and comfortable and we have noted a 10-15% energy savings in both heating and cooling seasons. Very Satisfied.

Seth & Justin came out less than 24 hours from my initial call to make a repair on my 20+ YO LP gas fireplace line. Clean, prompt~ early morning commuter traffic notwithstanding~ professional, and courteous. Oh, and efficient, let's not forget that! In & out in 20 minutes! I knew I was in good hands with Cool Care; they'd already installed an HVAC setup on my "above ground basement"! Make them YOUR 'go to' guys!
Jason Keech was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable, patient, has exceptional communication skills and is friendly. He explained the entire process of how he found the problem we had (our drainage line was clogged and had backed up into the pan, causing the unit to shut off) and how he was going to fix it and clean it. He educated me on the proper maintenance for the model we have, as well as gave me very insightful information on what to look for in the future for any further problems. Would highly recommend him!
Our compressor broke on a Sunday night. Cool Care sent somebody first thing the next morning. The part was under warranty so unfortunately it had to be ordered from the company. It wasn’t supposed to come in for 5 to 7 business days. Cool Care asked to rush the product because, our young son has asthma and it’s 80° inside the house. Jason is the best tech!!! Can’t say enough good things about this company. They will go above and beyond for their customers . Always answer the phone. Always go the extra mile!! Thank you!!!
