If you have buyer 2 10 run they do mot have a sense of urgency for warranty services. I called sat and it is almost wed and no call back

HUGE THANK YOU to Coleman Services Heating & A/C and their technician Nate for coming to fix my A/C within an hour of me calling for service! Luckily there was only a clog in the drain pipe that was able to be flushed out easily so wasn't a huge expense!! I highly recommend their services if you need anything HVAC related!
Outstanding work. Very reasonable. Great man to work with. Have used him for the last 7 years. I do not call anybody but Eric Coleman. Whenever anybody is having issues I give him as a recommendation. Almost my entire family uses him. Extremely reliable. He is an expert. You won't be disappointed. If you are tired of overcharges call Coleman!!!!!
We put a claim into our home warranty company back in March. We were told that Coleman heating and air would call us within 24 to 48 hours. We ended up having to call them. They gave us an appointment date and time. They came out and checked the system. They told us what was wrong. They said they had to order the part. Home warranty company placed the order on the 25th. Coleman picked up the part on the 28th. We waited and after three weeks, we ended up calling them. They told us they have the part and are waiting on their supervisor so they can see if someone came home out sooner than the two week date they have available.I spoke with Carmen on a Friday and she told me she would call me back on Monday. She did not call. I ended calling her a week later. She told me she was trying to verify that they had the part and if she can get a technician to come out on Saturday. She said she would call back, but she didn't. I had to repeatedly hit redial on my phone to get someone to answer the phone. If you listen to the recording , it says if it is an emergency to call a certain number. It is the same number you just dialed. They finally come back a week after that with the part. Guess what? It is the wrong part. We call the warranty company let them know what is going on. They create a new purchase order and fast track it so Coleman can get it within 24 to 48 hours. They made it available within 24 hours. A week and a half later Coleman comes out to put the part in. Guess what? They found out there is something else wrong with the unit. Now they tell us we need a compressor. Call the warranty company again. Again they fast track the purchase order so Coleman can pick up the part. Guess what? They did it in less than 24 hours. Call us back to tell us Coleman Heating and Air can pick up the part. Call Coleman leave a message. No one answers the phone. Call Coleman on Monday leave a message. No one call back. I RECENTLY FILED A CLAIM WITH MY WARRANTY COMPANY BACK IN MARCH 11TH OF THIS YEAR AND STILL DON'T HAVE AIR TO NO FAULT OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY, THE FIRST TIME COLEMAN CAME OUT THEY DID NOT DO A THOROUGH JOB WITH THIER DIAGNOSIS AND AFTER WAITING TWO MONTHS THE SHOWED UP WITH THE WRONG PART! AFTER WAITING TWO MORE WEEKS THEY SHOWED UP WITH THE RIGHT PART AND AFTER INSTALLING IT THEY SAID NOW THE COMPRESSOR WAS BAD! THAT WAS FROM NOT CHECKING THE ENTIRE SYSTEM THE FIRST TIME, SO I THEN CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY AGAIN WHO ORDERED THE COMPRESSOR FOR COLEMAN TO ONCE AGAIN TELL ME IT'S GONNA BE A WAIT PERIOD OF ANOTHER WEEK OR SO!! THESE PEOPLE NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY DO, THEY ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THE CUSTOMER!! THEY TELL THE INSURANCE COMPANY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER! THEY SAT ON YOUR PARTS FOR WEEKS WITH NO UPDATES AND NO CALL BACK! AND STILL DON'T HAVE AIR TO DATE!! GOT A NEW COMPANY WITH A CALL BACK RIGHT AWAY AND THEY SCHEDULED NEXT DAY!!! I REFUSE TO DEAL WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND FOOLERY OF A COMPANY WITH THIER ABSOLUTE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPONSE TIME!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I WOULD'NT RECOMEND COLEMAN SERVICES TO ANYONE!!! YOUR WORD TO A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE KEPT, AND WHEN IT'S NOT YOU SHOULD CALL AND EXPLAIN YOUR MISHAPS!! WE WOULD'NT HAVE TO CALL REPEADITLY IF THE PHONE CALLS WERE RETURNED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS!!! HORRIFIC SERVICE!!
Rudest woman answering the phones. I seriously thought i dialed the wrong number when she barked “HELLO?!” at me! Whole time she explicitly sounded annoyed and kept cutting me off. Ended the call saying they’d call back shortly.. which they didn’t (Fine by me after that!!!!)
Eric and his team are very professional, fair and honest. I have enjoyed using their services for all HVAC issues, they have never disappointed you us with their services.
Was speaking with Carmen as she was very understanding of my A/C unit going down. Coleman Services was brought to us by our home warranty company. The first technician that was with another A/C company couldn't deliver and we were provided Coleman Services as the next repair technician. Only took him 2 visits and he was able to fix our A/C unit and we were saved for the rest of this summer. The scheduling was challenging as it was the prime time of summer where it was super hot and A/C units were going down but Coleman Services still worked us into their scheduling the best they could. Thank you Mr Coleman for helping us out. Sorry so late for a review as this was in May and our A/C unit has not had issues since you left the last visit.
Got setup with Coleman Services through my 2 10 home warranty. With the AC out in the summer, soon is always better than later, and they were able to come out a day earlier than originally planned. Our technician was kind and knowledgeable, and he was able to fix the system almost immediately! I had such a good customer experience that I have decided to use them for my HVAC preventative services.
IF YOU ARE A HOMEOWNER DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was just informed by my 2/10 Home owners warranty representative who Contacted the owner spoke with him and the owner of Coleman Services stated that his company do NOT give COURTESY. Being a homeowner who works and have a busy life this is so IMPORTANT. ALL homeowners who work to provide comfort for there family I advise you to NOT to call COLEMAN SERVICES and if you’re a 2/10 customer tell the representative you would like someone else. This is Coleman Service policy stated by the Representative with 2/10 home warranty apologize for the company policy but what can a working homeowner do but to seek help from somewhere else. If I could rate Coleman Services lower than a one star I would have.
Great company and honest
They replaced a system for me with a new system and it has not been installed correctly. They have came out multiple times to fix the issue I have failed to do so is a new system I had another company come out here and look at it they did not replace the lines properly and I had a coolant leak. Also they did not make sure the equipment would fit properly where the old equipment was and now my pantry door has it cracked open all the time. I do not recommend them I’ve reached out multiple times to the owners no response
The woman that schedules appointments is friendly and accommodating. She said she would call back and she did within 30 minutes. The actual work done has been quality and they don’t charge an absolute fortune. I have used Coleman Services for years and they have never let me down.
The team was professional and on time. The team has kept us in the know throughout the ongoing process.
Horrible experience! Low quality work! Bought a house few months ago and already dealing with ac/heat repairs! Supposedly installed as new!!
They came out under a warranty and diagnosed the problem. The technician said he would come back out with the part to fix our ac system then proceeded to clear the ticket without fixing anything
Terrible customer service! The woman that answered the phone talked over me repeatedly. I asked her if I could explain my situation several times before she finally got quiet and let me speak. She then proceeded to talk about herself and how long she has been in a completely unrelated business which had no relevance to my concern. After expressing herself very rudely she hung up on me. I did not have my questions answered or addressed. The work that was done by this company was not satisfactory and they are not willing to provide documentation of what they did/didn’t do which is not professional or standard business practice. I do not recommend this company at all and if they respond to a 2-10 Home Warranty service call I’d specifically request that the warranty company send someone more reliable and competent with higher regard for customer service and satisfaction.
Coleman Services Heating and Air. Did a unit for me. When I called him back to service my unit he would never return my calls. When I needed other services completed he finally came out and told me he come back to complete something that was supposed to be done at the time of installation. He never came back or return my calls.. I DON'T recommend using him at all.
This was the best experience I've ever received in sometime from a company, the guys were very professional clean cut and cleaned as they worked, took responsibility of all work performed. When work was complete the gentleman clean remaining area, got me to ok it, then explained my new unit information to me and my wife. These are HVAC professionals hands down, was not pressured no sales tactics and gave complete answers to all questions. Great job COLEMAN SERVICES. If you want it done right HASSEL FREE CALL COLEMAN!!!!!
