Carolina Comfort did another great job in figuring out why my AC unit was on and off working. They gave me a detailed explanation and what to expect to get everything working the way it should.
Carolina Comfort tech was able to fix the AC unit when two other companies could not properly diagnose the problem.
Omar came out to fix our A/C unit very promptly and was a nice professional man.
Tech could not determine the problem with my HVAC system. Poor training and customer service was poor.

This company is absolutely horrible. They do not fix anything accurately nor do they explain the reasons as to why they didn't fix the problem we called for. My husband and i had them come out to fix our air conditioning system at least twice and they never really seem to fix the issue with it over freezing to the point where it doesn't run cold air. Leaving the backs of our vents unscrewed on the machine and seems like a careless kind of employees that work with the company. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Service is horrible.
Very impressed with this company. Not only was their quote the lowest out of the 3 companies we got quotes from, they were also the fastest and most responsive. I called and told them we needed a quote and they had someone out within the hour. They were willing to take time to answer any question I had, and even came by the week after the install to check in and make sure we were satisfied with our new unit and that everything was working properly.
Gerald and Kevin provided excellent service during their maintenance visits. I highly recommend Carolina Comfort and will continue to use for my HVAC needs.

I just completed a total rip and replace of my entire HVAC system. Brian Robinson was my sales contact and he was incredible. Explained the entire system and process, and answered all my questions. The installation crew was professional, super clean and very respectful and completed the entire job in 4 days. My wife and I are no longer coughing and feel we now have a quality system. Jerry was here for semi-annual service and did a great job. Very respectful of our place and went out of his way to make sure he did not create a mess. Here on time, friendly and thorough.
