The technician was dishonest . He admits that he is paid a commission for selling parts and was trying to sell me a compressor that I did not need . I called another company that did my repair for $300 t while his repair would have cost me $4500.00

ARS rendered excellent service from Starr to finish. The great service started with Shane Evenich. He was patient, honest and took the time to explain all the pieces parts and process. The service man came quickly took care of the problem which was when it was installed they did not clear off the settings and he went in cleared all settings and took care of it then he went outside looked over the unit taped in a couple places where the installer did not finish taping explained everything to me while he was working he was very polite knowledgeable and fast at his job he also explained everything in a manner that someone could understand and I appreciate that a lot this service man did a great job and if I ever have any problems I would love to have him back out again sincerely David Cooke Thank you

June 6th was my scheduled maintenance. I'm still waiting for ARS to have a filter holder manufactured since the unit was installed without one, and the filter has no means of staying in its appropriate place. It was laying down in the unit. Perhaps knowing that the system was installed in December after my HAC (installed by ARS in 2013) was under warranty, but water had seeped into the unit through an oddly manufactured exhaust. So to get a new system was cheaper than the parts (labor covered) to repair my ten year old system. I had wondered why I was having to change out the air filters on my air purifiers which sit in three rooms, directly in front of the vents. Now I know. I have yet to receive any documentation for the unit or the thermostat - and I have been asking for that for months. Have Pat contact me - ARS has my phone number. I have talked with QC several times.

Thanks to the service technician Antonio I now understand my unit a whole lot better than I ever did. Sometimes some technicians do not totally explain everything you need to know as a homeowner about your unit. The everything I like is that the response time for the problem that I was having was great. When I made the call, the person on the other end was so polite and understanding of my needs.

Within 3 hours of calling, Chris arrived. He quickly identified the problem and a solution. Initially, they thought they did not have the part and we would have to wait until tomorrow for it to come in. Within 5 minutes, he knocked on the door and said that they located the part. He returned about an hour later and made the repair. We are so glad that we purchased the extended warranty when we bought the unit!
