Wonderful service from this company. My family member is elderly and worried that she would be taken advantage of. They put her at ease and gave her great service that was affordable & honest! We will be using them again!

Eric repaired a Rinnai tankless water heater after a couple of glitches in delivery of uninterrupted hot water. He did a thorough service and Mark was able to get Rinnai to send a blower motor assembly free of charge! Eric and Mark were terrific to work with and we are extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Air Waves Heating and Air!

We have known Mark for over 30 years. You can always depend on Mark to do the right thing. He cares about his customers and it shows in the level of service that he gives them.
As property owners who have purchased and renovated multiple units, this is one of the worst providers that I have ever had to deal with. If you come across this review, I can only hope that it will steer you away from doing business with this company. Not only did the technician make up some crazy story about an embargo and a shortage of AC units (we sourced similar units from other providers with no issue), but he attempted to pressure us into replacing the entire system rather than a simple repair. He told us that the system was a ticking time bomb, in an effort to convince us that we had to do something right away. In fact the quote itself failed to itemize anything in an attempt to confuse us. Bear in mind, the occupant of the house is a female 2nd Lieutenant in the US Airforce as well as a med school student, (On Scholarship) that the technician was attempting to use confusing language to create a high pressure situation, when a simple repair would have done the job. He went into the attic space and noticed a block of ice on one of the lines and said that it had to defrost, so he shut the system down and said he would come back. When the student returned to the house there was water leaking from the ceiling and down the walls. The technician never told her that there was a missing pan and that she should place something under the ice to catch the water. His negligence caused damage to the house. He then had the audacity to laugh at her on the phone and tell her it is her fault because he didn't install the unit. That may be true, but as a professional he should have noticed the missing pan and told her what might happen. He took no accountability for the damage to the house he caused. When she escalated the situation to the manager, she received a call from the owner Mark who was equally rude to her and refused to take responsibility. Mark continuously cut her off during the phone call and would ask, "Are you finished" rather than hearing her out. He became co
With all of the Covid-19 and junk in the air I was looking for clean air. I called Air Waves and they had a solution for me and they were able to make it happen right away. I was given a quote and that is the amount I paid to the penny. They are super nice and very professional. I had two family members who wanted to same clean air that I have so again I called Air Waves and they made it happen again. My family is very pleased with this company and the folks who work there. Had Eric out the other day to check out my a/c unit that wasn’t working. He checked out the unit explained the problem and what it would cost to get it working again. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He sign me up for a service agreement and I got my a/c unit working again before the hot weather gets here. Eric was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Eric and Air Waves to anyone needing a great Heating and A/C company. Thanks again!
Mark and his staff are great! I have been using them 20 years ( I think ) and they have always been on time and provided great service and I have always been pleased. I just had to have a new system put in the house and while we were making plans to move forward with it we decided that we would replace ALL the 40 year old duct work so needless to say this was quite a job. Steve came in (takes his shoes off every time) and we talked about locating some vents to other areas to make the best use of the new system and he was very knowledgeable about placement and took great pains to not damage the new flooring that had just been installed. long story short I own a small business and I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and I feel I have been provided with a great product. thank you Mark and Steve.

Our air conditioner stopped working about 6:00 pm on Memorial Day. We placed a call to air waves. Within a few minutes the owner called and said he would come soon. He diagnosed the problem and said he would get the part the next day. He offered to bring a window unit. He returned with parts to fix the problem. Soon we back in business. Over the next couple of days he ordered the original part that was under warranty. In about a week one of his technicians came to install the new part. We have been happy customers for a couple decades.

Air Waves has provided maintenance on our unit for many years. When it was finally time to replace our old air unit, we received excellent customer service from Mark and Steve. Mark talked with us about our options and made sure we were aware of everything needed to make the best decision on our new unit.
