I called after waiting a day and a half on another company to fix my air conditioner. I called 2nd Wind and they were there in 45 minutes. It took him about 30 minutes to find and fix the issue.
Matt Steverson, our technician, was great! He was very knowledgeable about his craft and went above and beyond the call of duty to do a fantastic job!
Technician came out and charged $99 to tell me they don't carry R-22 and my only option was to replace my HVAC. I feel they were deceitful and if they don't carry R-22 they shouldtell you before they send out a tech.
The maintenance crew do a great job, on time, go to great care to make sure you’re happy. I will definitely be calling them again when the need arises.

My blower motor bearing went, and this company was recommended by a neighbor. I am unable to compare apples to apples because this is the first time I had the need for service. However, the technician Kyle was quick to confirm my suspicion and a solution. I am pleased with the results considering it is presently 94 degrees.
From generators to heating and air units to servicing and maintaining the units, we have done it all with them. They have helped us with 3 homes now. We had Neil come out with our very first unit purchase and have been requesting him since that first day.
Was highly satisfied with second wind heating and Air ...Neil showed up on time... checked out our entire HVAC unit... made some recommendations but said right now was not anything to worry about.... did not try to charge us for anything we didn't need ...did not try to make suggestive sales to us ....we were very impressed with Neil he did an excellent job!!!!!
I love this company! Every technician we’ve had has been friendly and professional . We’ve had issues in the middle of the night and they were quick to fix our problems. I would (and do!) recommend them to everyone.

Justin at 2nd Wind performed my biannual service on the AC unit. One of the best technicians I have ever had. He was professional, kept me informed, and provided additional information for my circumstance. Definitely would recommend requesting Justine at 2nd Wind.
