We got quotes from three different plumbers when our hot water heater went out, and we went with Steve and his guys at 1-800 because they were by far the most affordable, knowledgeable, and transparent! Our technicians, Tex, Chris, and Chris’ son, went above and beyond! I’ll be using them again if I ever need plumbing or air.

Chris came out to the house, discussed the problem with me and explained the best solution for it.
They called to varify the appointment and was able to send a technician earlier than initially schedule. Which was wonderful. They text a picture and name of the technician. The technician was able to identify the issue with my garbage disposal clog very quickly. They completed the job very quickly. Thanks.
Install contract with 1-800 plumbing and air was emailed of a prefabricated shower kit, which was not the one installed and no contact only a button to agree to the price. After 1-800 plumbing and air installs it company said they can remove tile drywall or whatever is needed and so they did. I didn’t know this until they were leaving with my bucket as they hand carrying the demolition mess dropping all inside my bathroom, den driveway…I’m still cleaning up after them. “We don’t do drywall” they said but they cut it out? A cash offer to come back to was offered immediately $1200.00 so my answer was no thanks. So they shower has the crawl space open around the the entire shower back wall and two side panels Wow not to mention the 22 inch wall that’s deadly to use on tub. Lastly the tub base has nothing like a foot mold or trim. Installs to me should be included with trim or a inclosed shower. I don’t like looking at my crawl space from inside my house, maybe that’s just me. Frustrating ahh just a little bit.
I had a plumbing emergency and they came the same day, found the problem and fixed it. Michael Elliott was very knowledgeable as a 3rd generation plumber. Will definitely use again.

Chris Williams was awesome! The service was exceptional. Chris did the job efficiently and professionally. And after he finished he left me his personal cell number in case I had any concerns after he left.
