Air Services of the Carolinas

I’d like to come on here and share my experiences using Air Services of the Carolinas. I have nothing but great things to say. Our AC broke last minute last night and we had to find someone who could come out and fix it. We have a two year old at home and our house was extremely hot. I found this company online and called them. Spoke to a very sweet kind lady who informed me that the tech would be able to come and check out our AC that same night. Tech arrived at our home and he was extremely professional and kind as well. I’m so thankful I found this family owned business. We will definitely be using them from now on. Thank you Bill for coming to the rescue so late! I appreciate you and your kindness .

Bill is AMAZING!! Our a/c randomly stopped working, and we called air services of Carolina. They were able to see us the next day. Bill was very knowledgeable in the system we had in our home and explained everything to my husband and I. He taught us stuff we didn’t know, and now the circulation in our home is better than it ever has been. Margaret, the scheduler was super helpful and accommodating. Very responsive! Definitely recommend calling Air Services of Carolina for all of your air conditioning needs!

I had a new Bryant A/C and furnace installed. From the initial consultation to the installment it all went smoothly and professionally. They took the time to advise on what was needed for an upgrade. The GM Bill was straight forward and honest and informative. The day of the installment, the staff worked efficiently and my A/C was installed promptly. I am very happy with my Bryant 16 Seer Preferred A/C. It runs smoothly and a lot quieter. Also the office staff, Sarah was very knowledgable and informative and answered all my questions. Thank you to all the staff of Air Services of the Carolinas for making my A/C installment a worry free and pleasant experience!!!

Bill Slavick came over to fix my unit a hour after I called him, around 7 pm tonight. What a nice guy!! He explained what the problem was and fixed it in a time efficient manner; very affordable.. Highly recommend him and Air Services of the Carolinas

On Memorial Day weekend our AC system went down and we called Air Services of the Carolinas. When a technician came out and diagnosed the problem ( a snake had gotten into the system and fried the wiring along with some other components) he determined the damage to be too extensive for him to repair and called the owner of the company , Bill Slavick to let him know. Bill left his own holiday barbeque to personally come out to make the repairs and had us up and running in a few hours. I have never seen such dedication. The next time you hear a commercial on the radio or see one on TV with some witty catch phrase or ridiculous slogan ask yourself would these companies show the same level of dedication that ASOTC provides? Air services was super, great ,they're a company with a heart!!! I had no air for 7 days,the company that I have an agreement with told that could get to me June 6,2022 call them May 30 I call Air services at 6:am on JUNE 2nd was told they would be at my house between 3pm and 6:pm. They came just as they said they would be there. My daughter has a heart condition. If I could given them more than 5 stars they treated me with the utmost respect. I give them all the stars in heaven. Blessed all of the workers at Air Services of the Carolinas!!!!!!!!!!

Decided to install my own thermostat right before a snow storm and knocked my heat out. I called at 8 pm and Bill was out here an hour later out in the snow to help. Was able to fix the problem super quickly and did so with a smile on his face. I couldn’t thank him enough. What an awesome experience for not so awesome situation. Lesson learned people leave it to the professionals

Sarah answering phones is awesome. A tech was on their way when I finally solved the HVAC issue myself. Was ready to have to pay the service charge since they were almost here but was able to cancel without charge. This experience means Air Services will be my first call when I really do need service in the near future. A+ customer service during my 4 calls to Sarah.

I am a Resident of Redwood Apartments in Lake Wylie. Since I have lived here, I have learned that guys they hire for our Maintenance Problems, is not very knowledgeable of the HVAC Units, they do however call for an expert to come out to help fix the problem. We have only lived here a short time. About the time Summer arrived and we needed the HVAC during a 90 degree week long heat wave. Of course it wasn't blowing cold air. 😆 And the guy's worked on it off and on during the day they arrived to fix it. But the problem couldn't be fixed by them. They called out for a Professional to come out. And because of the heat wave, a lot of other HVAC units elsewhere were also in need of a professional. When our maintenance guy finally found a company that could be there on Monday. Our HVAC Unit was disabled that Friday afternoon. We were supplied we a Portable Cooler that you had to dump the water out of every hour or it would stop running! 😂 When Monday came, the Professional showed up. Spent hours showing our two Maintenance guys what the problem was and how it can be fixed. To make a longer story shorter ... We went to use the HVAC after it's in-between resting period from the end of the hot Summer days to the beginning long awaited chilly weather when it's time to warm the home up at night. And low and behold! The HVAC only blew cold air! 🤣 A new Maintenance guy, found a fixed a detached wire in the Thermostat inside, but when it came time to look at the. HVAC? Time to call out the Professional! Only this time instead of training the maintenance personnel, this call Pat, did it all by himself 😁 No only was he professional, but had a great personality! Awesome Customer Service! He also gave us a lesson on how the Thermostat and HVAC Unit outside, communicate with each other. And what they need to properly work together. Very educational! He fixed our outside Unit while my husband watched him work and explain the problems he found. Basically, the Unit was completely w

Air Services of the Carolinas is AWESOME!!!! The office personnel is very professional, always responsive & pleasant to work with. The service team was great!!!! Very friendly, professional, attentive to not making a mess in my home!!! Checked everything, made a couple small recommendations that helps us to keep our unit cleaner & working more efficiently. I am so glad we found this company. We can always count on them to do a great job & to work with us if we have issues. They always go the extra mile and these days it is hard to find a trust-worthy & honest company !!! Bill you should be proud of the whole team!!!
