Sears Home services was used to fix my HVAC unit. We were told the agent was going to get a part for our unit and he would call us within the hour. After several hours we called sears to learn he was supposed to be here on Wednesday with the part. On Wednesday we did not receive the visit. We called back on Thursday and learned we lived in a Monday only area so someone would be here that morning. A call was made to my wife who was at work on Monday and when she didn’t answer immediately they cancelled the visit until the next week. No attempt at my home number and despite having someone wait no one showed up. We have been very patient but this is very unacceptable for the amount of money we paid. The lack of communication and professionalism with your staff is unwarranted.
* My two windows were put in by one very skillful person. I am a retired Art teacher, so I look at the details. My windows met my expectations.

Sears heating and air came out did a estimate got us approved and in a COOL house 2 days later. Over all experience was a 5 stares . Thank you sears!!!!

Scheduling was never on time or well coordinated.
Once the measurements were made and after a couple of unforeseen delays, a date was set for the installation. Two agents showed up (on time) took care of the job and cleaned up every bit of the debri before they left. Very professional.
Nice people but Sears needs to work on their billing forms to separate job site from billing address. Caused a lot of confusion for their workers and accounting department and caused problems to me. Work quality was great.
My experience with the people that represents Sears is one one of not being honor of not all but the ones i have had dealing with if I was a teacher they would get a grade of F-
