Called to have an emergency service performed on our upstairs unit. (No Power) I reached Jermie and told him the situation and explain what I checked, without missing a beat this guy proceeds to tell me the problem over the phone, after instructing me exactly where to go and what to look for! As I was going to look he was explaining how he might be saving me $. This guys was dead on! I could not have been more impressed! And stayed in the phone with me the whole time. As my unit kicked on and started working I asked please send me an invoice or a Venmo so I can pay you something! This guy, Jermie only asked for a good review instead of $! When AC is down there is no one else I will ever call! Thank you Jermie
I had a great experience with Jeremy in the installation of two new HVAC systems. Lauren makes appointments and paperwork easy. They are responsive and Theo is thorough with maintenance. Would definitely recommend.

This was the second time that I have used Pleasant Air Conditioning and Electric, and I couldn’t be happier!! Jeremy always answers the phone, schedules me for a same day repair. He is true to his word and his office staff is helpful and friendly. Last year they installed a new Trane unit and it is reliable and affordable to run. Last week, I had a leak in an AC condensation line and Theo showed up right on time. Not only did he fix the leak, he corrected a problem from a previous company. All the while, he was professional, fast and engaging! Call Jeremy- you will be amazed by their service!!
Can't say enough good things about Jeremy and his team of professionals. They are extremely honest and only do the work needed to get you back on track (unlike a competitor that told us the whole system needed replacement and were solely focused on selling us that new unit instead of repairing existing one). Pleasant AC is THE Only company I will ever call and always recommend them to friends and family.
I called Pleasant Heat and Air out to service each of my air conditioners within a few weeks of each other. They were able to get me on the schedule same day for both calls. Their tech was professional and arrived when they said he would. He was able to quickly determine the problems and get my units back up and running and a fair price. I would highly recommend Pleasant Heating and Air!
Great experience overall! Had our furnace and AC unit replaced, as well as some duct work fixed. Extremely thorough, very communicative and responsive, and great follow-up! Besides obviously being subject-matter experts (they found issues other companies did not highlight during the quote process), they are very customer-service oriented. Highly recommend!
Very quick to respond, always. Explained thoroughly about the install process and answered all my questions. Even helped me apply for a rebate from the energy company. Definitely using them as my go-to for all things heating and air!
We needed a new A/C unit in Isle of Palms. Pleasant Air Conditioning was extremely helpful so we could make an informed decision on what to buy. Their service was prompt, reliable and well executed. Fantastic service from start to finish. We look forward to working with them for many years.
Great company. Reliable, quick to respond and most importantly, honest. After a few negative experiences with other hvac companies we are so happy to have found Pleasant Air Conditioning.
After our conventional water heater decided to call it “quits”, we had to find a quick solution for a replacement. We decided on a tankless system and found a company that could install the next day. However, we were told we needed an extra outlet. Upon the recommendation of the installer, I called Jeremy at Pleasant air and the next morning one of his people arrived and had the outlet installed even before the others arrived. Cannot emphasize enough how happy we were that thanks to them we were able to take a hot shower later that day !!
They answered the phone on the weekend. Showed up on time, and completed work efficiently.
I have been using Pleasant Air Conditioning the last 5 years. The experience is always very professional, efficient, and is always a 5 star experience. The company owner at my previous house came out on a Sunday, and was very honest about everything, and had my AC back up and running in a matter of about an hour. This was middle of July. Most recently, I had HVAC issues at our new house, and they were able to find a resolution, and replace my outside unit with in a couple days. Since then, my electrical cost has gone down, and the temperature in my house stays constant. Bonus on this is they did a free yearly check up on it, and to my surprise was extremely thorough all the way down to testing my electrical through the house and fire alarms, which I learned had some issues. I can't speak highly enough about my experiences with Pleasant Air Conditioning and Electric and would recommend them to any looking for an HVAC company!
Tony from Pleasant Air was great. On time, knew what he was doing and had everything we needed to get my system back running in the truck. For sure will call them again if I have an A/C issue in the future.
