I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by New England Boiler Works. They replaced all the water heaters and boilers in my multifamily property with cutting-edge Navien NCB-190 gas-fired Combi boilers. The team expertly handled everything from supplying and installing new valves, piping, and controls to efficiently removing the old boilers and water heaters. They even took care of the gas and electrical connections for the new boilers. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was truly impressive. I highly recommend New England Boiler Works for their outstanding work and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Steve and his team are amazing. Steve is a great guy, incredibly straightforward and super responsive. He connected my house to the gas line, installed a new gas boiler, ran a gas line to my and installed a water heater - overall amazing experience, 10/10 reccomend.
Poor service. Installed a new boiler 2 years ago with a service plan and won't service it. Contacted several times and is always on vacation so they can't assist a paying customer
Steve and his team of professionals are the REAL DEAL. When my elderly parents had an issue with their older steam heating system during the coldest week of 2022/many many years, Steve A) Responded promptly with a scope of work B) Cost estimate, and C) Arrival and installation ETA. We reached out to about 9 total companies for repair and not only was Steve one of the only companies that responded, he also followed-through on everything as planned. The teams that arrived to remove and install the new system components worked like clockwork, reminding me of my time working as a project manager in NYC. Thank you!
Steve was great. Good price and timely installation of a new boiler. He was also willing to accomodate a couple of special requests we had to help protect the health of our family, which we appreciated. Would recommend.

Steven and his team are top notch and did an immaculate job installing a stainless steel boiler and indirect hot water heater in my home. As first time home owners, my husband and I had a lot of questions and Steve answered us with clarity and professionalism, even picking up after hours to field our concerns/questions. Not only was his quote the lowest of the 3 we received, but the equipment provided has the best reviews. Our installation happened within the week. His team was conscientious of our home, took all the old set-up away and left our space spic and span. I would give you 6 stars if I could Steve, thanks so much!!

Steve and his crew are amazing! Steve came out and was so informative and professional. I never had to get a new boiler before and I had to have had a million questions, and Steve was so patient and answered each and every one of them. The day of installation the crew came out on time and they were very professional, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. They went through everything with me and got the job done in less than a day and the warranty is the best out there. They took out my old boiler and replaced it with a new one. They cleaned up everything. The quality and craftsmanship exceeded all expectations. I am so glad we went with New England Boiler Works! They were so informative and professional! I will continue to use this company for all my servicing needs! I highly recommend this company!
Steve and the guys at N.E. BOILERWORKS took on a job that nobody wanted to touch. My old oil boiler, under my house, in a crawl space had rotted out, and every other hvac contractor in R.I. ran for the hills, or told me they'd call me, or show up tomorrow, and never did. Steve came the day I called him and told me that it wasn't even that difficult a job, gave me an estimate to convert to propane. When the job was done in one day, they even came back and waited for the propane dealer to install the tanks, to fire the new boiler up, and test it. N.E. Boilerworks was the only hvac contractor that came thru and did what they said they could and would do. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my pipes but Steve and his guys.
I purchased a home with an old, and undersized boiler that needed replacement. I called New England boiler works. Steve came to my home and gave me a written quote on the spot! After receiving three estimates his price was very competitive but most of all he made me feel comfortable with what I was getting for my money, I scheduled the job with NEB. Steve and crew showed up on the day and time promised with everything needed to replace my boiler. They changed it out, cleaned up the work area and took the old boiler away. It’s hard to find anybody like New England boiler works.They do what is promised and did not charge a penny more than the quote. I highly recommend this company.
I gave 3 stars, because while yes the work was done and done on time we have never been able to get Steven back out here to fix an issue. I will update review if anything changes
Steve and his crew arrived at my house promptly at 8:00 am to install a new boiler. They completed the job at 1:00 pm. They were very efficient, neat and very well organized. Steve is very knowledgeable and they were extremely pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend giving them a call when in the market for a new boiler.

Only WISH i could give six stars. Steve and his team couldn't have been more professional. He always stayed in contact and always showed up early. Quoted us thousands less than competitors. And installed a whole new boiler and hot water tank in half a day. Call Steve and his team NOW if you need Anything at all related to your boiler. You will not be disappointed.
We had a new boiler installed along with a couple of other things done. Steve and his guy showed up at the scheduled time, were very neat and clean, and did an awesome job!
