I have had multiple plumbers and contractors in my home over the last month, all took a look at a leak from my bathroom stall shower, diagnosed it as a pan leak. All wanted to rip out my beautiful granite to replace the pan. Then Harry and Alex came to my home and took their time to do a pan test, and you know what? The water was coming from a seam outside the shower, not the pan, drain, shower head etc. If Harry had not been the conscientious person he is, I guarantee I’d be spending $30,000 to replace my shower, instead of the $10 caulk I’m heading over to buy at Home Depot. Great service! Nice, decent folks too, professional to the max. Highly recommend.
I called late night from out of town with a leaking/broken water heater. They installed a new one the next day. Very professional and courteous installation. Highly recommended.
Called William J.Riley for replacing 2 cast iron main drain pipes for a price which I agree to pay a job that would cost $2500 they kept changing the date when could come and then the week of they are scheduled to come I was told that that the had to reschedule because they had a more important job to due. I was ok with but they could not reschedule I was told I would be called back a few weeks later but could not tell me when apparently I was not important because I was told it was a complicated job and it would take 2 people all day but I was willing to pay horrible experience. They couldn’t even help with my shower handle leaking because they send 1 crew out to look at I was told they can’t fix because they have to order parts which again I was ok with then a week later they sent someone else out that claims to fixed it.
Expert, punctual, and personal service. What more can you ask for? I have been using Riley Plumbing for the past few years since purchasing my first home, and I can't tell you how much of a relief it is to know that if there is ever an issue that they will be on top of it. They keep my heating unit in good working order each year, and are quick to assist with any issues when needed. I know that we are always in good hands with this team. I recommend them highly.
My realtor referred me to William J. Riley Plumbing after I purchased a house. I needed to have the gas shut-off for the kitchen stove moved from under the floor to behind the stove. I also needed to have new PVC added to the clothes washer drain because the pipe was not to code, was too short and the water could back up. And there was a leak under the kitchen sink. The plumbers were very professional and I was very happy with the results. I plan to contact Riley Plumbing when I need plumbing work done in the future.
William J Riley was so easy to work with. Liz was so sweet on the phone. Michael answered all my questions and concerns! Michael was so kind to me. He knew how nervous I was about a 17.5 year hot water tank. Michael took his time to explain every little detail to me. He came out and look at everything for me and reassured me everything was fine. When they came to install the new hot water tank it was fast, easy and beyond professional. Thank you guys so much for a peace of mind and professional work. I would not hesitate to call William J Riley!
Totally professional. Excellent craftsmanship. We have found our new plumber.
This is a special family run business.
Excellent Work Done!! Would definitely have them back!!
Very knowledgeable. Years of experience and a family-run business. We have had only excellent experiences with them.
Really good! The nicest team and very helpful. I’ve worked with a lot of plumbers in my time and they went above and beyond.
I was so pleased with how knowledgeable and professional the plumbers were. They replaced my kitchen faucet and repaired my bathroom faucet in about 1 and 1/2 hours and the price was very fair :) Also, they were able to manage the water booster I have to shut off the water (which I was not knowledgeable about). They educated me on my water system and maintenance needs. I would highly recommend Riley Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work in thier home.
The CO2 Detector for the finance malfunctioned. Dave and with a CO2 tester and a new hardwired detector. The testing was completed and the installation was done in less than 30 minutes. Everything was tested and the peace of mind is worth the 200 the service call cost
They were prompt, resonable, reasonable, got right to the problem and repaired it.Would highly recommend them.
Thank you! Thank you!!!!! For getting my boiler fixed in such a cold winter day. First Liz called me back and got the technician, John at my house right away. This company is amazing, I am very happy and going forward I will be trusting them to do the yearly maintenance. Liz you rock !!!!!
Great experience with Riley plumbing & Heating. Having purchased a home that was built in the 50’s, we discovered some leaks when winterizing our pipes. We also had a rotted valve that was leaking above our washing machine that needed to be replaced. My father has been a customer for 10+ years so he recommended Riley to check it out. They arrived on time and got the job done within an hour. Very professional crew, would strongly recommend.
Absolutely
We contacted Riley Plumbing to fix broken water connector pipe under the Bathroom sink, They sent a plumber on July 29, 2021 to fix the plumbing issue. Plumber said that connector pipe can be replaced in $35 or entire faucet system can be replaced. we chose to replace the faucet system and procured the faucet ourselves. On August 2, 2021 plumber comes and performs the job. We paid $410 for the services as per the invoice. In the evening of August 2 2021, we noticed a new leak under the sink from p trap and contacted the Riley office again. Same plumber came on August 3, 2021 and in the process of fixing the leak, cracks the sink. Plumber asks us to contact the office and leaves. We have been contacting the office almost every business day via phone or email but broken sink has not been replaced yet. At the time of writing this, date is 8/23/2021 and no action has been taken to fix the broken sink or broken plumbing. We are surviving with one sink in the house for almost a month after paying a $410 for the services. Their response was rude in defending themselves, even though we never pointed finger at them. They kept us hanging in this situation with no resolution for weeks after weeks causing us inconvenience. I DO NOT recommend Riley Plumbing Services. Please go some where else and save yourselves from misery.
I have no hot water. This company came to my home and then disappeared. I have been waiting for an estimate for 3 weeks. I have not heard from them or received a return phone call to my multiple messages. They have no consideration or regard for customers. Beware of this company, they have extremely poor customer service and are simply a waste of time.
These guys are the best. We had no heat and they were out within hours.
