We needed our water heater flushed. Eric came out to do the service, he was here exactly when we were told he would be. He was very thorough and took time to explain the process/purpose of the service to me. Thanks for continuing to take good care of us, Mike & team!
I called Priority Plumbing in the morning and they were there in the afternoon to replace my hot water heater. Mike was very professional and helpful on the phone. Eric and Caden were very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend and definitely will call them again. Thank you again for your help.
Contacted Priority Plumbing after receiving an unrealistic quote from another company Mike gave me a quote over the phone after I described what Work needed to be performed. He also provided worse case scenarios and what the additional cost would be. His quote was very reasonable and more in line with what I expected. Mike and Kaden came the same day and Installed the new heater. They were very professional and didn’t leave until they explained everything to me including how to shut off the water tank. Eric followed up because I wanted my water temp to be a little hotter. He was also very professional. I highly recommend Mike and his team of professionals. Lori W.
Called PP early on a Friday to schedule a dishwasher uninstall and install. I spoke with PP and was told I'd be called back to schedule. That call came on Monday. They were able to fit me in for that Friday at 7am which was great because I had another appointment to make afterward and was told the service would take 2 hours. They were kind, professional, helpful and did a good job as far as I can tell. I have 2 issues and I took a star off for each. The workers arrived at 8:10am instead of 7am. I called their after hours answering service at 7:30am and 8am and someone texted the workers but nobody called me until they were outside my door... I also had sticker shock. You see I was told the job would be $375 and I figured they'd maybe bill me another $40 to haul away the old dishwasher since that's what Lowe's would've charged me. Once they got here the plumber wasn't sure they had the parts to do the job. I'm like what?!? Once he determined that he did I was informed the price jumped to $600.... At that price I would've just paid Lowes to install and haul it away instead of hiring a plumber. I wasn't perfectly clear but I was what passes for clear about my setup with PP over the phone so this major increase in the estimate seemed inappropriate to me but it is what it is. A common practice bait and switch tactic used to get into peoples homes and land the job over a different contractor... I should've told them to leave but this dishwasher had been sitting in my kitchen for a little over a week and I just wanted it installed. They told me the haul away for the old dishwasher was being done at no charge instead of charging $50. I'm not sure if I'm being ungrateful here but my expectations were way different than the end result and if nothing else they were 70 minutes late for a job and didn't even address it. I just don't think I'll do business with them again and I'm sick of contractors gouging. They made $600 for 2 hours of time and less than $100 worth of materia
Our heating unit went down in mid-February--not ideal. Mike and his team came out and diagnosed the problem, replaced the unit, and reworked the pipes (original unit wasn't set up properly). I have total confidence in Priority Plumbing for our plumbing and HVAC needs.
Beyond impressed! Very happy I called Priority Plumbing. We have had a tricky situation locating an intermittent septic smell in our home for the past year. Quite a few companies didn’t want to even attempt the job because it was going to be too hard to locate. Called Priority Monday afternoon. Had an appointment time confirmed within an hour for a visit on Tuesday. Mike came out Tuesday morning and had the issue found and resolved within an hour. They were able to remove the inside of a kitchen cabinet to expose a loose drain/vent pipe that came disconnected during construction. We had been dealing with this issue for over a year with no luck and these guys came right in and set honest expectations for the job. They ended up going above and beyond, left the place spotless, and pricing was extremely fair. I’ll be calling Priority for any future issues and I recommend you do the same. Thanks guys!
This team was excellent! I called on a Wednesday at 4:00 and had the water heater installed in less than 24 hours. The two gentlemen who came over were very polite and professional. They explained everything that they would be doing before they did it and checked in with me during the process. Before they left they ensured that they tested every water source to make sure to get the air out. Great work. Would highly recommend them.
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Priority Plumbing, Mike the owner and the guys that helped him. They returned my calls right away, they were very knowledgeable and professional. It only took them 1/2 a day to install my new furnace along with all new pipes, circulators, etc. ... basically a whole new system. They did a great job.......I really couldn't be happier about the work they did. Mike the owner really knows his stuff and after talking to him the first time I knew I could trust him with this big job. I will be using Priority Plumbing for all my plumbing and heating problems in the future and I recommend you do to.
Mike and his his team responded within minutes of my call. They arrived sooner than expected and did an absolutely superb job of taking out the old water heater and installing a new one. I am SO going to recommended them to anyone needing their services!!!

Mike was great! He cane out to inspect our furnace after we had some concerns. He was knowledgeable about the furnace and the industry, did not try to sell us on unneeded or expensive replacement, and was really great to talk too. High recommend calling him if you have any issues.
We just did a kitchen and bathroom renovation and needed some plumbing work done--new toilet, plumbing for 2 sinks, and a garbage disposal installed. Work was done promptly and professionally. We also discussed some issues we've been having with our hot water, and he proposed a solution for us (flushing the tankless water heater). Seems to have solved the problem. Mike is our go-to plumber, highly recommend his work.
Our water heater busted on New year's day of all times and these guys were fantastic! Came out quickly as possible the following day and installed a new one quickly thoroughly professionally and with friendly service! I have an older home and had a problem with my tub connection leaking . My plumbing was in a narrow crawl space making the repair a challenge. The crew was professional and courteous and kept repair costs to a minimum and only replaced what was needed to solve the problem. This was my first time using Priority and it won't be my last. I have no problem recommending this company and giving them 5 stars for their service.
I have just completed a pretty extensive kitchen reno recently. The reno company I used contracted out to Priority and Mike Cambio for all of the plumbing work. They were professional, punctual and great to work with. I liked their work so much I asked them to install a water pressure pump shortly afterward. Thanks Mike and team for a great experience! Highly recommended!
