The service man David was very nice and professional and did a great job on the yearly maintenance of our AC. Wouldn't use anyone else also they installed our system 2 years ago and that was done well.
Al and I just want to share how pleased we were with the technicians who came out to install our new heating and cooling systems last Tuesday and Wednesday along with installing a new hot water tank. I have them come every year to service my AC. This year before the scheduled maintenance a problem developed. They cam e in 18 hours, and fixed problem and did the annual service. I am satisfies today as i have been in the past.
Hi, today we had Samuel Gil from National Refrigeration visit our home to service our HVAC system. Samuel was very polite and courteous and got right to work. We had several questions and concerns to ask regarding the system and Samuel checked out each concern and answered each question with detailed explanations. Samuel was neat as he came in and out of our condo. Samuel performed maintenance on our HVAC system thoroughly checking the components. He also replaced the filter in the system. He completed the service by checking carbon monoxide levels at each vent. We thanked Samuel very much for his service and thank you National Refrigeration for having such experienced and efficient service staff. Also, we want to commend National Refrigeration for their customer service, who took our request for service and helped us schedule a date that worked for us. Also, their followup calls to remind us of our service date and time were very helpful. National Refrigeration, A great organization.
Much attention and time was given to all parts for ac maintenance. Service man was very courteous.
Company failed to show up to appointment, left my family and I without heat for a week now, had to take time out of work. Have to go another week without heat. Do not use! They are no responsible!

Another fantastic experience with National Refrigeration today! Our technician, Sam, arrived on time and performed our yearly maintenance -- thoroughly explaining each step along the way. I have been a National Refrigeration customer for 6 or 7 years and have been completely satisfied with every interaction. Very professional staff in all departments. Highly recommend!

Great business to do business with. Had a very difficult time finding someone to come out and service my AC. Some wanted me to wait months. Came across this company and they were able to come out the next week. So glad I found them. I actually decided to sign contract with them and they have since come back to do heating maintenance. Highly recommend them
