They wanted to charge me $10000 to replace my e1 pump and alarm panel. I had another company come out and they said I did not need to replace the panel and only charged me $4500 for the pump.
Adam did a great job! Fixed our central air in no time!! Very professional !!
My mom had these guys come to her house to replace her sink faucet (that she already bought) and said she needed two valves replaced. Tried to charged her $684. The gentleman Justin then said he would takeoff the $79 service charge For a discount. We declined the service because that is an outrageous price. And he left but he broke the valve that was there and now she has no hot water in her home. Never call this company!

The Service/Install Technician Kyle is an absolute Journeyman of his Trade....Not only did he come out and fix my A/C problem but pointed out the previous installers lack of craftsmanship and installation work. He also made great recommendations with no peer pressure of up selling me on anything what so ever. Not only would I recommend Evergreen Services for your home needs this is one of 5 AC Companies I called and were able to get me an appointment 3 weeks earlier than the next competitor. I had a great experience with Evergreen Plumbing. They were clear, upfront, and helpful in their communication, and very professional. The quality of the work (replacing an older boiler) was excellent (they clearly take pride in what they do).

Adam did a fantastic job repairing my air conditioning system. He replaced my 2 condensers with larger and more efficient ones. He then did some modifications to my system to make it more efficient. I'm very happy with the results.

I really appreciated the service I got today from Evergreen. Heads up the online appointment system doesn’t work so call them directly. I used it by mistake but dispatched called and got me book ASAP. My tech Justin was personable and kept me informed every step of the way!
Took 5-6 visits to diagnose a leaking coil in my my boiler. I was promised a one day install of a water tank to replace the coil. On the day it was to be replaced with a water tank, no one showed up at the scheduled time 8:00 am. I called the office at 8:30 and was told a technician had a family emergency, (which I can understand, things happen) they would be sending someone else and the work would still be completed that day. By 11 am there was still no one on site, no communication I had to call the office again to be told the installation would not be completed that day. The lack of communication is incredibly unprofessional. I will say that all of the technicians were polite over the multiple visits but overall this company is unreliable.

Evergreen placed a new heating system, air conditioner, and water heater and we are extremely happy with their service. We’ve used them three times already and we will continue. We will be using them for others services in our home.
Adam was great! I called Evergreen on Tuesday and they were out on Wednesday....Adam was even early but called before his arrival so that was great. He took the time to explain my options and what he was doing. Overall great experience.

Evergreen was very responsive to the requests and were prompt in providing timely updates on scheduled appointment. The technician Adam was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer questions, My HVAC was fixed earlier than expected and he ensured that all proper checks were made and also provided tips for maintaining the system well. Overall my experience was great and 5/5 will recommended to a friend.
