Ray was able to help us in a matter of days after not being able to find someone to repair our A/C. We were without A/C for 10 or so days, most businesses were telling us there would be a several week wait just to have a technician look at it. We spoke to Ray on a Saturday, and we had our A/C repaired by Wednesday.
My outdoor spigot broke and water was gushing out of it. Had to shut down the entire house's water and needed someone to come fix it immediately. Chris came within the hour, showed me where the shut off valve for the outside water is (hidden under ceiling tiles!!), and came back a day later with the correct equipment to install a new spigot. He also capped some gas line that he saw was not capped correctly while here. Punctual, friendly, fast and professional. I am relieved that I now have a go-to plumber I can call when next I am caught in an emergency situation!
We called this phone number to ask a question, and the owner answered his phone on a Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock. He answered our plumbing problem questions, was very thorough and detailed. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this business! What a wonderful service he provides, I wish I could give him a 10*!
Very helpful and educated me on my plumbing issue
I called Ray and he answered at 11:50 pm. I had googled ‘“help with home emergency plumbing” after I had called my local plumbers and couldn’t get a response. I just want to reiterate that Ray answered a call from an unknown number at 11:50pm and he answered and then asked how he could help! Although Ray did not physically come to my house and fix the plumbing issues, if I lived closer to his business I would hire him in a heartbeat. He answered a call and helped.
Chris is AMAZING!! I am writing this review after Chris replaced a heating system for me. Amazing job! So quickly and in the middle of winter when heat is of course so critical. Emergency Response Plumbing I appreciate you!

I did a web search for "ask a plumber" and came upon the website for Emergency Response Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. The website said anyone, anywhere in the US could ask a question and receive a response for free. My non-profit employer was experiencing a plumbing issue for which the Landlord's response seemed inadequate relative to the situation. So I gave it a try and called the number, the plumber who answered was very helpful with his free response and provided good information that assisted our organization in response to the plumbing concern.
Used ER Plumbing for a heating system repair (burst pipe). Chris called me back promptly after I sent a repair request. Made sure over the phone that things were secure for the evening. He came our the next day to check on the issue. We decided it could wait a day since they had more pressing heating issues with other customers given the recent cold snap. He arrived as promised the next day and did the repair quickly. The price was very fair given the work involved.
A tech showed up to add an outside water valve and said he would return. Never came back, now two weeks later. Big waste of time, not only for me but also the company.

Made an appointment on- line as directed for Saturday on Thursday evening, but got a call about half an hour after making the appointment to see what was wrong and he said he could stop by tonight. Great service.

Chris is AWESOME. I have called ER on two separate occasions and both times Chris was here same day (first time within 20 minutes). Diagnosed and solved my issues quickly. I cannot recommend ER enough
